Orserdu

Her oncologist still would like to go forward with Enhertu and put the orserdu in our back pocket for later. Any thoughts or advice ? Thanks ❤️

HR/PR+HER- Chemo/Radiation/Mastectomy Ibrance/Faslodex/Orserdu

After a year or so of numbers rising, Dr finally switched her to Orserdu. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be working and she is having constant diarrhea, tiredness/sleepiness, weakness, etc... just feels unwell. I'm about to call her Dr to ask to change medication again.

eribulin, halaven, orserdu, enhertu are not available here. So we need a suggestion of what other therapies (perhaps older chemo) would come into consideration? The oncologist says he has nothing another to give her. Help, suggest what to do next...

I have tried other options before my onc is considering Enhertu such as Xeloda, Afinitor, Orserdu, Turqap and many other drugs that are available. I think you may need a second or third opinion. Before starting Truqap I consulted with 2 other oncologists.

I did just find out I have and ESR1 mutation-- so Orserdu?? Just looking for any thoughts. thanks !!!

I spent a year on Orserdu and we stopped it in July because I had severe diarrhea. We hoped stopping it would cause the diarrhea to go away. It hasn’t stopped. I’ve been tested for intestinal infections and had a colonoscopy and there were no issues. I’m scheduled for an endoscopy next week.

IIIB chemo/infection/mastectomy radiation. 2021 - MBC bone Ibrance /Faslodex 2023- primary Lung Cancer/RT upper lobectomy March 2024-progression Orserdu. May 2024- major POD bones & liver May 2024- to begin Tredolvy.

I tried Orserdu, elacestrant, for 2 months with few side effects and no positive results, progression continued. Hope it works for you and your body tolerates it.

Newly on Orserdu after Ibrance/Faslodex.

recently on Orserdu. Weird things happening. legs and feet very numb. And I have hands , feet and legs turning off color in warm shower. Feel completely off. Did great on Ibrance/Fulvesyrant. But not sure if we are too focused on cancer and missing a possible underlying cause. Anyone?

I was on Ibrance and Letrozole, then Verzenio and Faslodex and then Orserdu. Since Orserdu now failed, the next plan is Xeloda. I read here some reports about some bad side effects. My oncologist at Dana Farber gave me some choices and indicated that in my situation, Xeloda might be best.

Feedback on ORSERDU (Elacestrant) Good afternoon! I just got my GUARDANT360 Test back and tested positive for the ESR1 gene mutation.

I am on Orserdu (elacestrant) for a ESR1 mutation and feeling great but my CA27-29 tumor marker numbers continue to rise. Prior to this medication I was on Capecitabine for a PIC3 mutation and prior to that Piqray. Does any one know what meds work to target both mutations simultaneously?

We decided to switch course and moved to Orserdu. My tumor markers are still climbing and we will scan in April. I saw my oncologist yesterday. My bloodwork from yesterday showed that my tumor markers are still climbing. She said that we could try Truqap as my last oral option.

Stopped working and was switched to Orserdu. I’ve been on this drug for almost 4 months. Tumor markers down and natera results trending down as well. I had a PET scan yesterday and it showed improvement to the Mets in my lung but also showed where one had increased and a few smaller ones.

i am soon to start on this med since apparently Verzenio failed. Anybody has any experience with this?

Has anyone had any experience with Elacestrant? It appears this will be my next line of treatment. Xeloda has stopped working. I know this is a newly approved drug.

I might start taking orserdu if I have the mutation: ESR1. Does anyone know if Medicare part D covers this drug? Thank you, Mary. 🌺
