Experiences with Lo-Estrin 20 vs Mercilon
Lo-Estrin 20 has lower levels of
oestrogen
and a different progestogen than what’s in the Mirena (Levonorgestrel).

Have I gone overactive?!
However, my last test came back as in the 'normal' NHS range, but I was on a very high dose of
Oestrogen
(200mg) at the time, which apparently gives skewed readings.

Endometriosis and combined pill
I am a bit perplexed as I would have thought that we should avoid adding more
oestrogen
in our body? Thank you.

First day of treatment for Endometriosis and PMDD (Synarel HRT)
I’ve been prescribed with Synarel nasal spray and an
oestrogen
HRT which is supposed to simulate a hysterectomy, if I react well the doctor will go ahead and give me one.

Seen hormone specialist, more confused than ever...!
So I've been for my long overdue annual visit to my hormone doctor in Belgium and I have to admit I received quite a lot of confusing and even contradictory advice that I would love for members to comment on: First of all, when it comes to my massive weight gain (+25 kg) since being treated with high

Any advice for fertility show.
So I've got to tickets for the fertility show. My friend said she went two years ago and came back feeling awful. She said it just felt like sales reps being insensitive and trying sell he things she doesn't need. She said very few clinics sent their consultants. Is this experience shared by others?

Update on starting Estradiol Patches for RT ADT
I started Estradiol Patches (4 X 0.1mg/24hr twice weekly patches; one patch changed out daily) 5 days ago. This is for short-term ADT as adjuvant for IMRT of oligometastatic disease of the left pelvic lymphatics identified on Ga-PSMA scan at UCLA. One week in and 10 days more until the RT (60Gy/30fx)

Clonidine
However, this morning I woke up in a bit of a panic as I had forgotten to ask about the fact that my cancer is/was
oestrogen
fed. Has anyone had any experience of this medication? Thanks in advance.

Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin K, etc.
From 1990 [5]: "Prophylactic treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with
oestrogen
and calcium, often in combination, disregards the likelihood that an excess of each agent may increase magnesium requirements and decrease serum Mg levels."

ANASTROZOLE 1 MG TABLET
Has anyone tried this as alternative to Letrozole; my joint pain is debilitating at times (typically the week off Ibrance)? My ONC said there is another one to try before opting for the once monthly shots (I forget the name of that)? Also some talk of brain fog due to lack of estrogen I think—does that

Hormone help?
I know a couple of people on here are pretty good with hormones, but I can't remember who. I'm hoping someone could tell me a couple of things. I've had the following results from day 4 of my cycle: FSH: 6.16 (3.5-12.5) Oestradiol 177 (45.4-854) Testosterone 1.46 (0.29-1.67) And progesterone taken on

Have I developed "doctor phobia" or what...?!
Today I saw my new GP for a follow-up visit. My old one moved away and I stopped going to the practice for no particular reason. On Sept 6, during my first visit since July '17, my BP was slightly raised (170/92, heart rate 90). I was put on perindopril 5 mg daily and told to come back today. Interestingly

I’m meant to start
oestrogen
tablets on day 1 of my period and my clinic have said day 1 is first day of full flow, so if it starts in the middle of the day the next day would be day 1.

Hot Flushes
Hi, it's been a while since I posted, I have been following the advice given and support from members. I am still in what Drs call sub clinical Hashimotos Thyroiditis, still not being treated for it as my labs are all in range. My TSH goes between 3.39 to 6.03 currently it is 4.39. Same labs and ranges
