A very cool link for all inhibitors that you can download
Here is a very cool link on all the inhibitors. This link is awesome and it covers all inhibitors for all of the cancer pathways. Half way down under "Other Androgen Receptor Products" you will see two graphics; one is "Download Inhibitor Catalog", the other is download the "Androgen Receptor Signaling

Test results, need advice please
Anyway the 2 results that stand out and that I need to understand are: Progesterone: 0.8 nmol/L (postmenopause <0.401) Oestradiol: <18.4 pmol/L (postmenopause <100) I calculated the progesterone / oestradiol ratio and it comes out to 42.75 I think, which makes me
oestrogen
dominant.

Longer cycle Length after IVF?
Hello all, Looking for a bit of advise. My cycle has always been between 24 and 26 days with positive ovulation test on day 13. I did my egg collection last month and I was medicated with estrogen and progesterone to avoid bleeding before test day, as I always started bleeding on day 24-26 in previous

Advise on progynova double dosing
I have a lot of progynova from two previous cancelled cycles so I can't count back to see what I have taken, I have since separated them out so I only take progynova in the evening but I'm terribly worried that the
oestrogen
will impact my embryos and chances in general.

CFS and RT3 - any advice?
It’s not menopause,
oestrogen
makes me I’ll every time I try it, and it’s not depression. Im done with these idiots telling me to ‘pace myself’. Anyway, I’ve been Googling obviously, and have come across a few articles regarding CFS and RT3 being commonly seen together.

5th attempt - first frozen embryo transfer on 28th March
Taking
oestrogen
4 times a day also and the blood thinner injection. Im hoping the added progesterone as well as the steroids and blood thinners make things work this time.

Acute, major depression after 3-month Lupron injection, from a new poster
I haven't posted my prostate cancer bio here yet but I intend to in the future. I had a prostatectomy along with my seminal vesicles and the left side lymph nodes proximal to the prostate. Gleason 4+3 N0. The cancer had escaped the prostate which could only partial be removed since it was microscopic

Anyone who had to abandon a cycle after estrogen but before progesterone, how long before you got your period?
Unfortunately my scan on day 13 showed no change to my lining and my estrogen bloods were too low for the amount of time I had been on the Estrogen Patches. With that and the fact I had still been having some bleeding my consultant advised to abandon the cycle and have a follow up in 3 weeks with him

Estrogen and Bone Health
Is anyone familiar with treating osteoporosis with estrogen? I have been reading it used to be the standard treatment and was abandoned because of various negative implications. Now I’m reading low-dose estrogen is not really a problem but does help protect bones. All of this reading is through NIH,

Non-alcoholic drinks
Since being diagnosed with endometrioid epithelial ovarian cancer in November 2021 and then being told my cancer was
oestrogen
receptor positive I have taken the decision to actively try to reduce the level of
oestrogen
in my body and this includes reducing my alcohol intake.

Estrogen therapy prior to cancer?
Would anyone with a family history of prostate cancer, start a hormone therapy to reduce the chance of getting prostate cancer? Would you give up erections in order to not get prostate cancer? -- Women with a family history or beast cancer and with a certain gene, often get their breasts removed to

Progesterone Has Really Helped Me!!
I do wonder whether I would need a little
oestrogen
to balance out, but I'm scared to in case it fuels the evil endometriosis. I just HAD to share this with you gals in the hope it will help you too. 🙏 I'm 45 BTW, so maybe I'm perimenopausal? Something to near in mind.

To ERA (Emma and Alice) or not to ERA?
We were fortunate enough to get 10 frozen blasts this egg retrieval and I’m over the moon. They aren’t tested so no idea how many “normal” or “abnormal” but we decided to take our chances considering our ages etc. The plan was to have afresh transfer but due to a polyp developing (which I will have

Starting my pre menopause journey advice needed
what will they do, just send me away, Will they give me some
Oestrogen
gel to start with. I was originally ruling out pre menopause as I still have periods, but they are every 3 weeks now and I’m not having hot flashes, I’m cold all the time.
