Hi, i had surgery on Tuesday to remove a tube, drain a cyst and have a prostap injection. I am recovering well, it was my 2nd lap so was more prepared this time. My question is when will my period come? Is it like zoladex that it will be 2 weeks post injection? I was due my period on the day of surgery

Hi, I have had the mirena coil for almost 3 years, since insertion I have 2 week long HEAVY periods a month (2 weeks on 2 weeks off) and over the last 8 months the 2 weeks that I’m not bleeding I suffer from recurring thrush. Has any one experienced this? I want to remove it but I’m cautious as Doctors

Does A Plant-based Diet cure Cancer?

Period pain/period on zoladex?
Good evening, ladies. I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced this? Over the last week, I’ve been experiencing a combination of endo pain & period pain & have been bleeding slightly. Without sounding too gross, it hasn’t been bright red blood, but dark brown old blood (if that makes sense?!). This

Eye symptoms on Zoladex!
Hi All I’m on week 4 of Zoladex. I understand all the usual side effects which I’ve had a few of so far. I’m a little anxious as past week I’ve had “aching eyes” and sometimes blurry vision and sometimes like flashes and spots. I’ve googled it and it does say blurred vision but mine comes and goes and

Looks like I've moved into castrate resistance territory. What next?
Hey guys, I recently had PSA test and it came in at 1.7 which is up from 0.69 in early August. My nadir was 0.2 in September 2016. I had one 3 month zoladex implant in may 2016 and then went off until Feb 2017 when PSA rose to 3 then I went back on and have kept up 3 monthly implants. I had Docetaxel

5 days post diagnostic laparoscopy newly diagnosed with endo
Hi I had a diagnostic laparoscopy 5 days ago and am feeling quite low and exhausted. I have had 18 months of chronic pelvic pain, fatigue, bloating, constipation, hip/leg/bottom pain and pain during/after intercourse. In hindsight my symptoms have been for a lot longer but probably masked by contraceptives

Severe Endo diagnosis...
Had my diagnostic lap yesterday which has shown up severe Endo. Consultant expected me to have first Zoladex injection afterwards because it would make further surgery easier. I refused and said I wanted to think about it first. He wants to have a follow up in 4 weeks and start the injections then...

Succumbing to depression....
It's been 13 months since my diagnosis, I've gotten through a diagnostic lap, a sigmoidoscopy, a Mirena, a disastrous zoladex trial, a vomit laden picolax bowel prep, my excision and bowel shave, a week in hospital with viral meningitis, 3 agonising lumbar punctures a horrendous enema, and the post
