IVF drugs Synarel and Decapepty caused menopause -has this happened to you?
This happened to me. I was menstruating and ovulating and had no menopausal symptoms except irregular periods sometimes shorter or longer or sometimes 28 days. I took Synarel from cd21 for a down regulation cycle and got the menopause symptoms within days but had to change to decapeptyl due to severe

What is best along with Xtandi?
I've become mCRPC with many small tumors on spine identified via PSMA scan. I've been on Zoladex for 2 years after radiation. Meet with MO on Tuesday and expect him to suggest Xtandi. Any thoughts on what might a good add on to be more aggressive with treatment? Thanks.

Me and now my daughter...
I am 48 and have had endometriosis since as long as I can remember but was diagnosed when I was in my 20’s. I had an emergency C section for my son 17 years ago. After this the Endo grew into my abdominal wall. They at first thought I had a hernia so re opened the C section, only to find a mass. Biopsy

Zoladex side effects do not go away
Dear Ladies, I had 6 Zoladex injections and finished it 2 months ago. I've had my endometriosis surgery (laparoscopy) in August but I still have hot flush and high temperature, abnormal heart beat rate etc. Do you all have long term side effects due to the injection?

Update on Zoladex experience for fused organs and endo stage 4.
So I've had my 3rd month and hopefully last round of zoladex, my preadmission is booked for the end of the month. Forced menopause has, to say least, a few nuts on it. The bowel pain has reduced significantly and also the belly swelling. I'm still struggling to eat though, but am like I said significantly

Hair loss on Zoladex
Hey everybody, I’m new to this. I’ve been treating my endometriosis with zoladex and have been for the last year. I’ve been suffering terribly with side effects but I’ve noticed my hair is getting extremely thin now. I’ve been told that this is due to the hormonal changes. Has anyone got any tips

A question and a bit of a gripe!
Why aren't doctors acknowledging muscle wasting and osteopenia due to ADT. My husband began a round of zoladex about 4 months ago. The last time he did it was in 2014. After 6 months his butt had lost muscle and was ripples. His legs lost a lot of muscle. Also, there is osteopenia showing up. All

5 days after my 6th zoladex injection and being vegan and gluten free ...pain has intensified, headaches are unreal and I'm so weak even after vitamins! Hopefully things settle but my ovary just feels like its getting tighter and tighter by the day having to crawl the stairs to hoover and sitting down

Chronic lower back pain, amitriptyline and the zombie.
Hi Everyone, I hope that you like me are hanging on despite all the hassle Covid has caused. I've had chronic lower back pain for the last few months and not really been sure what's causing it, whether it is endo, zoladex or what really. I called my GP who prescribed 10mg of Amitriptyline taken at night
