I have been prescribed 2.5
Nebivolol
to help with 2 or 3 AF episodes a week. During the episodes my heart rate only goes above 90 if I am not resting.

Cost of private prescriptions
My cardiologist has prescribed me 5mg of
Nebivolol
as Bisoprolol makes me wheezy. My GP won’t prescribe as it is to expensive. The pharmacist has charged me £100 for three months supply. After looking online one of the big chain chemists is quoting £9.90 for three months supply.

Nebivolol after Heart Attack
Hi, I am a 71 year old lady, had a heart attack in January have been on Bisoprolol and Atenonolol now have just taken my first
Nebivolol
, my GP was reluctant to prescribe it as she said it isn't really for the heart. Has anyone taken it after a heart attack and if so how did you get on. Thank you.

Off Nebivolol 4 days now
I have come of my
Nebivolol
after doing 1.25 every other day for 3 days then stopped. I’m assuming these are withdrawal symptoms light headed dizzy and dis- orientated especially when standing and very tired.

PAF or another arrythmia?
I was originally put on bisoprolol but changed to
nebivolol
2 months ago as couldn't tolerate the bios side effects any longer. I also have flecainide as PIP but haven't had to take it yet. Last night I woke up very hot and with my heart pounding.

I am wondering if the people who are taking
Nebivolol
try and keep to the same make or just accept what the pharmacist gives you? .Have you noticed any difference if you keep changing?

Nebivolol 1.25 mg
I’m fed up with the side effects of my heart rate dropping to 49 and blood pressure 98/50 whilst on these tabs . I can’t win heart rate ether to high or too low with the tabs. As such a low dose can I just stop them?

Beta blockers for rate control in permanent AF
I was looking in to this, because I was getting fed up with the side effects from
Nebivolol
which for me have been only marginally less than Bisoprolol. I weaned myself off the
Nebivolol
and my resting rate is between 70-80. I have more energy and nap less: my exercise tolerance is much better.

Permanent Afib
Having decided against an ablation and upon seeing the results of my latest 4day monitor, my EP and I decided it was best to let me go into permanent Afib, supported by 2.5 of
Nebivolol
and Pradaxa. An episode started Friday morning and is still going strong!

Is Gabapentin making my teeth yellow?
I also take Omeprazole, Atorvastatin,
Nebivolol
and Rivaroxaban, the last two being for an abnormal heart rhythm. Just recently I have noticed that my teeth have become rather yellow, my mouth is constantly dry and I'm having problems with acid reflux.

Sotalol
I have recently seen a couple of Consultants privately and both are suggesting that I change from
Nebivolol
to Sotalol.

GP with a difference
Buoyed up by others' positive experiences in changing from Bisoprolol to
Nebivolol
, I finally went to my GP yesterday, saw a different one, and told her about the debilitating tiredness I have, regardless of how much I sleep at night.

Breathless
I have taken various beta blockers such as Sotalol, bisoprolol and am now on
Nebivolol
2.5 mg which I split. I have a pacemaker too. But I get so breathless I cannot go for a walk. I also have Angina. My question is there anything that could alleviate me of my breathlessness so I can enjoy a walk.

Medication change from bisoprolol 2.5mg to nebivolol 2.5mg
I recently changed beta blocker medication from 2.5 mg bisoprolol as I was suffering fatigue come 4pm to 2.5 mg
Nebivolol
thinking it would banish the fatigue. It's done the opposite I think, I struggle with fatigue all day now and headaches. Has anyone had the same affects on this drug!
