You need to give it some time, things may get easier when your body adjusts

I swaped from Bisoprolol to Nebivolol but went back to Bisoprolol after a month as Nebivolol made me even more tired than I already do throughout the day. Was hoping Nebivolol would have resolved my breathlessness but it didn’t thinking that Bisop was the culprit. I too, feel lethargic certainly in the mornings, which makes me procrastinate somewhat.

u will get used to that HR its actually a perfect resting HR and it will make things smoother for ur heart less stress etc having a HR between 50-60 is great for the heart and u will get used to it trust me, better that resting rate than 80-95

Hi The same thing happened to me. A hr of 50 made me feel lethargic. I reduced the dose and had hr of 65, and I felt fine. I told my cardio and he said that was ok. I ended up taking half the original prescribed dose. We are all different. One ‘size’ does not fit all. Best wishes ☘️
