I am wondering if the people who are taking Nebivolol try and keep to the same make or just accept what the pharmacist gives you?
.Have you noticed any difference if you keep changing?

I’ve had one change of brand shortly after starting Nebivolol but haven’t noticed any difference.
Normally, I am very watchful of my Flecainide brand as I do notice difference there and my pharmacist agreed that different brands can have an effect. She has a note on my computer record to dispense Activas only.
If you are finding fluctuations, it might be an idea to talk to your pharmacist. This is one of the reasons that I always go to the same pharmacy.
I always ask for the same brand as I have a lot of problems with drugs and allergies. The problem this time is with the brand I normally have being unavailable in the 2.5 mg size. I can have 2.5 mg in a different brand or 5mg in the usual brand but it is only meant to be divided into two not four or more.
I don’t take Nebivolol but I do find that different versions of Flecainide have a very definite effect - only the Actavis version works for me. If I understood the pharmacist this is due to sensitivity to different fillers used in manufacture and because Flecainide works directly on the heart. Since beta blockers also work to control the heart beat (rate not rhythm) I would think it quite possible that different makes could affect you. Maybe worth speaking to your pharmacist especially if you tolerate one make better than others? Good luck! Liz
