Nebivolol

I switched from bisoprolol to Nebivolol at the beginning of September. Diagnosed last Christmas I was having maybe 2 episodes a month roughly since then and switched to Nebivolol because the other beta blocker made me feel tired and sluggish.

Three weeks ago I was changed from Nebivolol back to 2-5mgs of Bisoprolol due to being very very breathless.

Hi just wanted to say that after a return of AF following a good year on Nebivolol I decided that my initial suspicion that this is related to stomach gas needed a closer look again. I hadn’t slept for weeks with irregular beats burping chest pressure and the banging in my ears.

I am a 38 years old male with a history of hypertension and on tablet nebivolol 5 mg for the last 5-6 months.

Visited G P Monday with the same symptoms, he advised stopping nebivolol for a week to see if that's the problem. It's still happening and iam scared and angry that nobody is taking me seriously.

I am taking 5mg Nebivolol and 10mg Ramipril daily also rivoroxiban and the Amiodarone. My blood pressure up to this last week or so has been fine. I have been monitoring it daily for my GP to keep an eye on. Why is it suddenly getting higher 166/90 this afternoon.

Hi - I'm on a dosage of 5mg of Nebivolol (2.5 mg in the AM & 2.5mg in the PM) for my atrial tachycardia. I have been getting a few runs of fast heartbeats and palpitations that don't turn into a full blown episode around 2 or 3 AM in the morning.

- I only had my first 2.5 mg of Nebivolol last night and again this AM. Will it take a while to settle down and get use to a new drug? I'd be grateful to hear your experiences.

I’m wondering if the Nebivolol dose should be lowered when you loose weight and I’m on Nebilet 5 mg daily.

Does anyone have specific experience of Nebivolol helping with insomnia issues? I am taking the Bisoprolol for Atrial Tachycardia - not sure if Nebivolol will help? Any experiences gratefully received as I am so exhausted from lack of sleep and it's making me depressed!

I currently have a bad cold and maybe because of it (or could it be that my dr has switched me from bisoprolol to Nebivolol?) I’ve been in and out of AF all weekend. I’m thinking that since a regular cold can throw me like this maybe the flu would be dreadful for my AF.
