Vitamins, minerals and other self help ideas.
And I have started to take Vit B complex to
support
folic acid, prescribed for
MTX
support
, and because they help my fatigue (I think!) What do others take and have you noticed any real benefits? Sunshine always helps enormously, but I am in the north of England and its winter!!!

Does it work?
She did say the
mtx
could go up, etc, and at my last appointment when I was in so much pain, it was oh the illness will stablise, don't worry. If I have another professional say that to me at the moment, i will kick them.

Ramblings 1!!!
Hi Just wanted to say a big thank you for all the
support
in regards to the
mtx
injection. This wk I did it myself, in my tummy and I did not feel a thing. The nurse praised me, I was so chuffed. Also I have had nothing like the extreme fatigue I got last wk, so I am pleased about that.
