Lightheaded, Nausea, Racing Heart
I have low blood pressure and was generally runs 85 / 60 so my cardiologist has put me on
midodrine
. I’m able to get my blood pressure up to 100/65 at times but every now and then still get that weird feeling. I’ve had all my blood work checked which is completely normal, from thyroid to hormones.

Because of severe fainting issues even though my blood pressure is normal prior to my collapse (I walk for 20 minutes to induce collapse), the consultant registrar has decided to stop my Bisoprolol and has prescribed
Midodrine
to raise my BP when I collapse.

Does anyone have low blood pressure after transplant?
Midodrine
is out of the question. The team tells me to keep eating more salt.

Update after coming off bisoprolol
Plus he’s upped my
Midodrine
which I can’t tolerate as it gives me cold sharp shards in my head(it is used to increase blood pressure) So playing the waiting game again... but keeping me under him at Leicester Glenfield but I am also to keep the December appointment in his clinic .

Chronic Fatigue (CFS), Heart Attack and Cardiac Arrest
Recent tilt table tests revealed syncopy issues (big drop in BP and heart rate occasionally (stood too long) and was prescribed
Midodrine
. Thank god I didn't get my hands on it because 5 weeks later I had a cardiac arrest and heart attack ( I was very lucky).

I'm now on Corlanor and
Midodrine
. Please any one with any advise, experience or just words. I am just frustrated and scared to return to work. The meds make me loopy and tingly. I was also adviced to wear compression socks and try out light exercise. I'm tired.

Hashimoto's with rise in TSH and nighttime tachycardia
The EP has me on increased fluids/salt and wearing compression stockings and taking
midodrine
. I just had another bad episode the other night that I couldn't get to abort on my own and ended up in the ER. TSH was the highest it's ever been, even before I was diagnosed.

Recent diagnosis of neurocardiogenic syncope
Yesterday I saw my specialist and was given
midodrine
tablets. Just want to know others experiences and any advice of living with this condition. Has anyone had to give up their job or have a pacemaker fitted or have permanent care from a loved one? Look forward to hearing everyone's experiences

I’m taking
mIdodrine
, ivabradine, and only a month ago I saw an EP who now has me on the list for Ablation. Of which I had appointment for before EP could conduct all his prelimary tests, msomhad to cancel, as he needs to know where my triggers are.

Let me introduce myself.
I also take ZOLOFT, MIRAPEX, AMANTADINE, NAMENDA (a precautionary measure) and
MIDODRINE
(for low blood pressure). I’m reluctant to share dosage amts as everyone’s needs are so different. •I’m not a candidate for DBS since it’s primarily used for severe tremors, which I don’t have.

Help! I'm so dizzy!
Being treated for orthostatic hypotension, (
midodrine
5 mg 2 x day), but when I check my pressure standing, it's normal now. When I first started the carbidopa levidopa it was like a miracle had occurred.
