Been in system 5 months and no sign of diagnosis or treatment plan. Have Supra Ventricular ectopics and syncope with mild AF. Because of severe fainting issues even though my blood pressure is normal prior to my collapse (I walk for 20 minutes to induce collapse), the consultant registrar has decided to stop my Bisoprolol and has prescribed Midodrine to raise my BP when I collapse. He advised I have profound postural hypotension prior to collapse, and feels this approach will hopefully stop me falling down.

I was booked in for an ILR fitting next week so they could monitor my heart activity 24/7, but the registrar cancelled that due to my tilt test result, and seeing low BP.

Unfortunately stopping my Bisoprolol has caused my heart rate to be raised to over 100 beats a minute. Which is causing my ectopics to be an issue, chest pain, feeling of lump in throat (heart stress cortisol)

Been off sick 5 months already and want to scream at anyone and everyone to look at my care and act on it.

Arythmia nurses are going to access my records and discuss with colleagues so I get a correct diagnosis and treatment.

Apparently I should have been referred to neurology months ago.

Heart issues, syncope, and now stress through constantly battling the system.

Hi there, I am sorry I don't have any sound advice for you, but I noticed your post hasn't gotten any responses. I would recommend posting this inquiry on the AF chat sight- seems to be a lot more activity there! best of luck, feeling forgotten is so horrible!
