Lower Ibrance dosage?
I have read in several places that Ibrance dosage can be adjusted without disrupting its effectiveness. Since my MBC diagnosis, I have been on Ibrance at 125mg with Letrozole for about six months and the fatigue and breathlessness are intense as I try to get back into some sort of routine workout schedule

I am newly diagnosed mbc - I am in my second round of letrozole and Ibrance and luckily doing well on these meds thus far. My question is, for any out there that still have college age children at home

Verzenio and Letrozole 3rd line
Flunked out of the clinical trial! I begged to stay on, but the protocol is that with a 1.4 x 1.0 cm lymph node on my paratracheal, SUV 7.5, I have progression and have to try something else. Oncologist dismissed going back on Ibrance after holiday, says that works for few people. (She also said I went

Bone Scan advice
Hello all, just a quick query . I've been on pred since the beginning of March , currently 12.5mg. I'm on Alendronic Acid too. I have been on Letrozole since my Mastectomy in June 2019. I had a bone scan then which is standard when starting something like Letrozole as it increases osteoporosis risk.

Changing treatment, had 12 months out of Kadcyla
Hi all, Not posted for a while, since having covid over Christmas I've had unbearable back pain, taking pain relief daily. Recent CT doesn't show any change to my bone mets, no nerves are being pinched either so onc can't attribute it to that, however the CT does show a 1cm progression in 1 of the liver

First Progression - Terrified
So I've just found out (an hour ago via phone call) that I have my first progression...several liver mets after good success on Ibrance and Letrozole for bone mets, for almost 2 years. I'm devastated and scared. Onc mentioned chemo - I see her tomorrow. Any good stories with liver mets?

What have been your experiences with the cancer pill?
My doctors are suggesting that I take a hormone therapy inhibitor in addition to the chemo I took last year. His suggestion is letrozole …. Thank you for any feedback! 💕

Treatment side effects..
Hi ladies. Hope you all doing fine. I do have a question regarding Ibrance and letrozole combo. My mom has been on that treatment for 13 months now and it’s been working for her. She was ok for couple of months at the beginning of treatment but recently she’s been experiencing different side effects,

Indecisive about Treatment
Hello all, Localized spine bone Mets diagnosed 4 months. Completed spinal cement and radiation. Taking Letrozole and will start Verzenio. My oncologist also wants me on Xgeva. I’m not sure I want to take Xgeva or how much I need it at this time. Any thoughts? Thank you all so much for sharing your wisdom

Carpal tunnel syndrome with Ibrance and Letrozole(Femara)?
Hi, saw my oncologist today, she thinks my numb and tingly hands and arms are more likely to be carpal tunnel syndrome than Peripheral neuropathy. She suggested wearing a hand brace with a wrist splint at night time and to see if that helps. Looking online I can see both meds have a tendency to increase

Hello ladies, I hope that you are all enjoying the great weather we are having this weekend. So has anyone here had letrozole

Guardant360 cdx genetic test
My onc ordered a second genetic test. https://guardant360cdx.com/getting-answers/ I had invitae first. I’m going on 3 months in of Ibrance, Letrozole and Xcheva. Wondering if anyone had more than one genetic test and was it different results. Just curious I know everyone is different.

So glad I found this site
Diagnosed with BC when I was 46, bi lat mastectomy, chemo and tamoxifen. Mets to spine this year after 25 years cancer free. On letrozole and finished radiation. Trying to decide if I really want to take verzenio now or wait a while. The side effects look awful.. I suppose we all debate quality of life

Swollen glands in neck and throat on Ibrance and Letrozole
I’m on my week off of Ibrance. I had a very dry nose and used neilmed nado gel dry nose spray. Wondering if this caused an issue. Has anyone had swollen glands in neck throat and jaw?

neutrophil count
Hi - I'm at the end of the first cycle of ribociclib and letrozole and my neutrophil count is very low ... as are all my bloods. I'm on the week gap (letrozole only) - how quickly do these markers bounce back? the oncologist didn't seem concerned.

Erolimus and Exemestane Treatment after Palbociclib stops working.
I am reaching out reference feedback on the Exemestane and Everolimus ( EE) treatment for SBC . I have lesions in spine, pelvis, occipital and just recently an additional 2 small ones in my liver. My oncologist had taken me off Palbocyclib and Letrozole ( which had worked successfully for 2 years) and
