I am new
My treatment started in July with chemotherapy for 6-7 sessions, every three weeks then follows with surgery,
mastectomy
and then medication for 10+ years after. I am proud of myself up to now as never thought I could deal with any of this.

I got lymphedema in my left arm 12 years ago following a double
mastectomy
post Inflammatory Breast Cancer. I have had cellulitis several times and my GP used to give me anti-biotics if I was going away. However my new GP won't - says see a Dr when overseas. Not always possible!

NHS won't replace my implants!
Although 71 years old, I still feel that looking good (and complete) is good for my morale especially as I had nearly a year after the
mastectomy
with an external prosthesis. Please re-post where necessary.

Solid lump behind young mastectomy scar
ago) undergone a 2nd
mastectomy
this time no lymph involvement so no cording or lymphodema (unlike the first one 😌). This time I didn’t drain for Britain and my drain was removed after 6days instead of 9. This time I developed a seroma straight after the drain was removed.

Diagnostic beginning
Frozen sections were done as I continue to lay on my stomach on the stereotactic table with my breast viced into the table while waiting for results...I had cancer in both breasts large enough that required bilateral amputations...
mastectomy
for a kinder word.

6 month check-up: feeling great, but whoops!
I decided to be healthy for a year and then opt for a double
mastectomy
to cut my risk of breast cancer. And, I feel so damn healthy, I dressed up and walked into the doctor’s office feeling elegant with my new curly blonde hair and felt as if I radiated good health.

CKD Stage 3b Echogenicity
Two days later they published a new report just removing the
mastectomy
but still saying echogenicity. I ultrasound was ordered by my urologist who I do not see until next month. But I called the kidney doctor.

Post Vasectomy pain
Hey, I had a vasectomy on 14/09/18 done by scalpel. My entire sctroum and shaft has bruising, the pain has increased as the days have gone by, especially on one side there is a sharp ache like that area is trapped under something tight. don't know anyone who has had a vasectomy so just wondering if this

Need pneumatic sequential pump for secondary lymphedema. But what kind?
I'm 76, female. Have secondary Lymphedema following radical cystectomy November 2017 when 28 lymphnodes removed. Immediate swelling in left leg, thigh and abdomen, then right leg in May. Compression garments don't feel right over the stoma/ileostomy. Have hernia there as well. lSo I'm told to get a pneumatic

Radiotherapy dilemma
Hi, I've recently had a
mastectomy
and reconstruction with an implant after being diagnosed with DCIS. I've now been recommended to have radiotherapy treatment and concerned about the risk of lung cancer and the destruction of the implant. Is there anyone who has similar concerns?
