advice please
Vit d, b12,
magnesium
I’m tired, feel low and at times anxious/worried (take escitalopram as dr said this would help anxiety) and I’m on HRT gel and progesterone tabs. Not sure dr believes me when I say I suffer from headaches and tiredness says I’m a working mum and anxious.

Vitamins
I'm now trying to optimise my vitamins so I'm using Thorne Basic B and I've taken this forum's advice about getting D3 with K2 but I'm not sure which type of
magnesium
is best for us? The citrate kind or the other? Also I think we are supposed to have Selenium and Zinc, yes?

T3&T4 combo - continued ...
I had gone at 8.45am for other tests, namely a cortisol 9am test (284 range 101-536) and Vit D (92.4 range 50-150) and
magnesium
(0.86 range 0.7 - 1.0) and serum prolactin (609 range 109-557). DO I stay in this overmedicated place for another 6 weeks ?? It seems crazy to do so.

‘Supplementing’ supplements with whole-foods.
Since following sites like this, we have added more B vitamins (B complex, B1, more B12), and
magnesium
, plus from Laurie Mischley’s course CoQ10 and glutathione all in pill form.

Need your advice, pls, what should I take and how?
Since I have now all cofactors optimal (vit D, B12, folate, iron, ferritin - after iron IV,
magnesium
), I feel my problem either stems from cortisol issues or balance of thyroid meds.

Omegas, Turmeric,
magnesium
. Going to start adding in selenium this week. For context, diagnosed 4 years ago and have been so unwell and undermedicated. Was at 25mcg (50kg bodyweight) reacted to Teva. Taken off all meds. Restarted last April on 25mcg.

Question, has anyone tried triple calm
magnesium
and can you get
magnesium
toxicity if it builds up. I took it ages ago and felt quite ill. What’s the correct way to take and should you take calcium with it. I’m thinking of trying it again but am worried.

Fear of too many vitamins.
Vitamin D Calcium citrate, Vitamin K2, Boron,
magnesium
, etc. After a year taking all this I was suffering terrible irritable bowel pain, put on medication such as Buscapan , I had scans tests etc. Nothing so definatly irritable bowel, I was so scared of eating anything in case it got worse.

Serum Magnesium Levels - What level are those with AF on the Forum aiming for?
My April 2022 blood tests returned a serum
magnesium
level of 1.1 nmol/L. (Normal given as 0.7-1.0) And one constant on the Forum is members recommending
Magnesium
supplementation, reinforced by medical experts saying the same.
