Vitamins and Minerals - Good or Bad - What I've Recently Discovered
Anyway let's get to the punch line, about a week ago I stopped taking first CoQ10 and then a few days later
magnesium
glycinate. Guess what my body joint aches have completely gone.

Magnesium CAUSING muscle cramps
Magnesium
taurate doesn't agree with me either yet I can take taurine in high doses and
magnesium
independently.
Magnesium
oxide is the only one that actually helps with my digestive constipation anyway.

Foot Cramps
I am currently taking 600mg pregablin, ramipril, hrt, zapain and naproxen aswell as iron, calcium and
magnesium
. The cramps are becoming more and more frequent and my Gp said to eat bananas and rub
magnesium
into my feet. Last night was unbearable.

My first results after beginning 5mcg T3. Is my FT4 & FT3 too high now?
(Range 73.8 - 507.0)
Magnesium
1.0. (Range 0.7 - 1.0) I’m feeling well with just this small amount of T3 added, but worried that my FT4 level is too high for good health? Would be really grateful to receive your thoughts on these new results please?

Which beta blocker is best for PACs?
I don’t drink, I am a health weight, I exercise, I take
magnesium
. I eat well. I can’t think what else I can do to get rid of them. I know I’ve been told they are benign but my quality of life is seriously affected and I can’t bear to think I will spend the rest of my life feeling like this.

What on earth is going on with my T4?
I also inject 1500 mg B12 every other day as I was right on the bottom end of normal last year and suffering quite severe neurological and physical effects plus folate,
magnesium
8000iu vitamin D3\K2 and eat as much potassium rich food as I can. Not had these tested since starting supplements.

Magic Magnesium Malate
Has anyone else tried this New Nordic magic
magnesium
Malate. I'm taking one tablet a day instead of recommended two. Each tablet has 120mg of
magnesium
, some b vitamins, which I'm used to but 2 extracts new to me. One has maritime pine bark extract 150mg per 2 tabs and some long pepper extract.

Blood tests advice please
Supplementing w 3 Arrows Heme x2 / day, 7000 D3/K2, Thorne B Complex,
Magnesium
400 mcg, all optimal levels when last tested in December '23. Endo has today suggested I increase T3 to 10mcg and levo to 175 on weekends only and not see him again for 4 months "to let levels settle".
