I am in no way knocking prescribed medication, Predniscone did the job for me at the start and I probably stayed on it far too long, and the only reason I am still on 50mg daily low dosage of macrodantin antibiotic for my UTI is I tried unsuccessfully 23 times in the past 3 ½ years to come off it )

Hi has anyone ever taken macrodantin for urine infection. Any bad or serious side effects ?

Hi I have been on lyrica for 10 years for a drug(macrodantin) induced nerve pain.... over the years it worked well ....got down from 150x2 to 75 once a day. Tried last year to take it down to 25 my pain came back so jumped up to 75 again.

I’ve had it forever and I take macrodantin antibiotics because I’m terrified to get a really super bad uti. I’ve had a cystoscopey last year and the urologist said the lining is looks normal. I just started my Ocrevus and I’m afraid because my immune system is now weakened.

I am on Visanne for endo( which makes me emotional) and recently Macrodantin 50mg for UTI’s (which makes me nauseous and gives me headaches). What bothers me is the constant left side flank pain I have had now for 14+months.
