Feeling dehydrated even with drinking 2-3 liters per day
CT scan identified
lymphadenopathy
and mild splenomegaly. I had an oncology consultation in the hospital (not my usual hospital -I was on vacation) and a flow cytometry was done identifying a chronic B cell proliferative lymphoma/leukemia.

What to do next?
Interval development of axumin lower cervical, thoracic and pelvic
lymphadenopathy
as compared prior CT study concerning for nodal metastatic disease. Now with lung involvement where do we even go from here?

New SLL/CLL diagnosis
A flow cytometry was done when CT scan revealed mild splenomegaly and
lymphadenopathy
. My WBC was 31 and ALC 20, normal hgb and platelets. Flow cytometry was done and identified mature B cell lymphoma/leukemia. Flow cytometry was negative for CD5, CD10 and CD38.

Discharge
My discharge sheet says I haveNo significant
lymphadenopathy
seen. Bilateral Interstitial changes are unchanged as is a 5mm Pulmonary nodule at the left lung base. Obviously it’s regards to my lungs. I must have had this when I was discharged after pneumonia and aspergillosis two years ago.

No evidence of LN Mets on latest CT scan. What now?
The opinion on the follow-up CT Scan was: complete resolution of the pelvic
lymphadenopathy
. Currently no residual, measurable, LNs in the pelvis. No evidence of metastasis in the abdomen or pelvis.

Lymph nodes: There is no suspicious
lymphadenopathy
in the pelvis. Bones: There is marketed marrow heterogeneity in the pelvic bones are not in the femoral heads. Question anemia. Metastatic disease considered less likely for this pattern. Other: There is trace ascites in the mesosigmoid.

Needing a little luck
My lymphatic system is blocked on the left leg due to severe
lymphadenopathy
in my left groin. My worst nightmares are now coming true. I have to take 4 different pain medications every 6 hours or the pain gets away from me. Thank God my wife is a nurse.

Any experience with retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy?
Just got MRI results back and I have "moderate" retroperitoneal
lymphadenopathy
. My onc. is away and I'm not able to talk to her until Wednesday. I've googled and read, but wondered if anyone has had first hand experience. Thanks.

Good news following mediastinal lymph node query
Husband's latest CT scan (regular scan) shows the mediastinal
lymphadenopathy
'resolved' and nothing new showed up. PSA at 1. He has no pain, just the awful mood swings/depression from the ADT, so lots to be thankful for.
