53y female, Prenatal vit with my 11am lunch to try to thicken my thinning hair, T3/6am (hr before breakfast), T3/3pm, gyno Rx progestin only
My recent schedule has been: 6am -
liothyronine
25mcg pills (T3 or Cytomel) 7 am - breakfast (Dr. Axe, bone broth protein shake and scoop of Collagen Peptides mixed with coconut milk or almond milk) I see the drink provides 5 percent of daily calcium. I know calcium is a no no near the T3.

New medichecks blood results
I’m on 100 levothyroxine , 20
liothyronine
and I take 5000 vitamin d (with k2 and magnesium every day). I also take a B12 spray and I’ve been eating lots of iron rich foods. My Endo understands and has recognised that my TSH needs to be suppressed so that my T4 and T3 levels are in range.

Private doctor
, but think it may be better to just see a private doctor, as I can't wait until June and if I do get
liothyronine
from the endo, I prefer Armour. I have a list of private doctors in London and wonder if someone could private message me with a recommendation. Cost is of great importance obviously!

Liothyronine Trial
I have finally after 7 years been given a trial for 2 months of
Liothyronine
by my GP on a private script. Cost me £260.60!! I have seen a link to a German pharmacy on the Thyroid UK website where you can send your script and they dispense them at a fraction of the price.

GP concerned over suppressed tsh
I’m currently taking
liothyronine
20 mg morning and lunch and 10mg in the evening. I took 20mg at 1400hrs and then my 10mg dose at 1800hrs. I Saw my gp that evening who offered me a blood test. It wasn’t until later that I realised what I had done and knew my results would be a concern.

Liothyronine sources?
Hi All, I’m still continuing to fight my case with regards to re prescribing my
liothyronine
after I was tricked into stopping this due to correlation with heart problems after being on it for 15 years!

Where to get T3, specifically Tiromel if possible
Hello everyone, My partner has had hashimoto’s for about 12ish years, and for the most part of that was able to source NDT from a place which is now over priced and under sourced, so he had to switch to
liothyronine
.

Stating that
liothyronine

T3 prescription at last!!
The GP has reduced this to 25 mcg, and a 20 mcg tablet of
Liothyronine
which I have to cut in half, for a daily 10mcg dose. (Taken together an hour before breakfast) Could anyone tell me if he has worked out the dose so its equivalent to the original T4 dose, or if he's possibly under medicated?

The advice from NHS Clinical Commissioners also points to exceptions in prescribing of
liothyronine
which includes patients treated with levothyroxine who continue to suffer with symptoms.

Hi , I currently take 175mg of Levothyroxine, but I would like to ask if someone knows of a reputable online chemist who dispenses
Liothyronine
20 or 25 mg at an affordable price , I don’t have a prescription. Many Thanks.

T3 sources please?
I have one website that was given to me but the
Liothyronine
they have are 100mcg tablets. I’d be looking to start on a much smaller dose, does anyone have somewhere I can get 20mcg or similar? Or if anyone wants to give me any advice on this it’d be much appreciated! Please pm me. Thank you 😊

A Canadian take on the recent BMJ paper on SCH
Neither research article mentioned the hormone medication “T3,” (
) nor desiccated thyroid extract (DTE / NDT) which contains T3 and T4.

Query about reverse t3
And
liothyronine
medication, is it formulated with only the active t3 or is there a proportion of reverse t3 in the manufacture in the same way that salbutamol for example has equal proportions of the s+ and r- enantiomer? I haven’t been able to find any papers on the latter question.
