Is TSH measurement higher in afternoon?

Help with advice on Doctor’s new recommendations
I have been taking 75mcg of Synthroid and 30 mcg of
Liothyronine
for about 8 months. I have felt far better than I was when only on Synthroid.

Now adding Liothyronine to Levo... headaches!
So following a second private consultation, it was recommended as ft3 still very low and ft4 high, I should try adding
liothyronine
to my levo, but bringing levo down to 100 mcg. I was advised to take 15mcg lio every other day for 2 weeks then go to daily.

Reverse T3 Results Interpretation
Symptoms worsened. 2017 - Started seeing a Private Doctor who lowered levo to 100mcg daily and added 25mcg
liothyronine
. Very slight improvement in symptoms. 2018 - New Private Doctor currently prescribing 2 1/2 grains NDT (Naturethroid) daily. Symptoms still prevail.

New Blood Labs after adding Liothyronine - TSH looks better but Ferritin levels low. Have symptoms of low Ferritin but Iron is OK.
I had to pay out of pocket (I'm in the US). 3 weeks after adding 2.5 mcg of
Liothyronine
to my 75mcg Synthroid my TSH levels improved.

Shame on Barnsley hospital
The endocrinologist has got cold feet and wants to talk to his director as apparently he’s director does not agree on
liothyronine
t3 been given to patients. This is due to money etc. The endo says he also does not want to be liable if I become unwell as he’s saying I had an allergic response.

T3 depression and crying
At the moment I’m taking 40mg
Liothyronine
. I’ve had a long sick journey to get to this point of being able to take this amount, and I believe it’s still not enough. I’ve been on this dose for 2 weeks.

T3 without prescription
Please could some of you lovely people PM me to tell me if and where t3 -
liothyronine
can be purchased over-the-counter in Europe either in person at a pharmacy, or reliably on-line? Thanks x

T3 prescription to NHS from private endo
Hi, will a GP honour a prescription for
liothyronine
from a private endo or does this need to be an NHS endo? Would the GP need to refer me or would they accept the conclusions from a private endo even if they did not refer me? Many thanks!

Levothyroxine/ Liothyronine + Osteoporosis
A recent DEXA scan showed Osteopenia and now I am considering cutting out
Liothyronine
to prevent Osteoporosis. I cut down my dose of
Liothyronine
to 12.5mg for a few days but my symptoms are returning - tiredness, knee pain, brain fog etc.

How much is NDT/ERFA on private prescription? And what’s my equivalent dose?
(I currently get my
liothyronine
through a German pharmacy so it’s not expensive) Also, what would the equivalent dose for what I’m on now be?

Latest response from my NHS Endo who thinks I'm overmedicated and my emailed response
My T4 result is adequate and my T3 is slightly below par for someone on 15mcg of
Liothyronine
and although most of my 20 plus symptoms have completely vanished i did still have some constipation and painful and heavy periods, as such I have increased my T3 to 20mcg per day and now those last 2 symptoms
