Pharmacists who illegally supplied more than 55 million doses of controlled drugs sentenced
Yet, so many here have had a problem in getting a handful of
liothyronine
tablets due to ignorance and fear in GPs (primarily, but also some endos) of getting into trouble.

Hello, Does anyone have any experience with this type of
liothyronine
(I've never even heard of it)? Like some on here, I'm pretty sensitive to differences in brands. I get on well with Cynomel and Mylan brands (but I don't know a pharmacy that currently stocks Mylan).

My Endo Consultation Disaster…. No T3 for me.
I pleaded for a trial of just 5mcg per day and he said that
Liothyronine
was bad for the heart and it would give me palpitations. I said I would split 5mcg into two per day but he would not budge.

Should I increase T4 or T3?
Diagnosed with paroxysmal AFib in 2021 (in A&E), was on 75mcg Levo and 10mcg
Liothyronine
(not converting well from T4 to T3) Was doing ok with ranges of FT4 around 15 -17(12-22), FT3 around 5.2 -5.9 (3.1-6.8) and a suppressed TSH of around 0.1 – 0.005 (0.27-4.2).

How to change from T3 only to T4?
In the end I found 50 mcg
Liothyronine
was best for me, sometimes in the winter I take a little more, up to 62.5.However, it's stressful and expensive to self medicate.

recurring illnesses
I’ve been trying to get stable on t3/4 combination, still a way to go as last results after increasing to 10 mcg
liothyronine
in 2 doses were the worst yet, t3 and t4 both at bottom of range, vitamin D draining away again despite supplements.

Folate when SI?
I take 75µg levothyroxine and 9µg
liothyronine
, currently working to optimise my treatment and recently increased levo dosage to 75 (4ish weeks). Might this be the culprit? Thank you ever so much.

GP vs. Endocrinologist
Your practice would continue to issue my levothyroxine prescription and Dr. xxx (my Endo) would prescribe
Liothyronine
(T3) accordingly.” This letter was put on my file, but ignored.

Going the right way at last - take 2
I am now on 50mcg Levothyroxine and 25mcg
Liothyronine
. I take the T3 when I get out of bed (all in one hit) and the T4 before I get into bed. This is working for me, I feel better than I have done in years.

3 am protocol for T3, please tell me about it?
Endocrinologist has agreed, at my request, to a substitution of some Levothyroxine for the
Liothyronine
to see if this helps. In the few weeks before the new prescription is issued I would like to try the 3 am protocol to see if that works better for me but I haven't read the books about it.

Preferably a Dr who can prescribe Armour and compounded
