What do you think about people trying to mix turmeric or curcumin in a ultrasonic denture cleaner with heated
lecithin
to try to get a similar formulation?

insomnia and soya
I have noticed that my chronic insomnia seems to strike when I have (mistakenly) eaten something containing soya or soya
lecithin
. soya has insidiously crept into so many foods today - for example, try finding a sliced loaf which DOESNT contain soya flour!!

Solgar Megasorb B Comples
I looked up the ingredients and it contains soya
lecithin
50 mg. Is that ok to take or will it react with my underactive thyroid. Should I avoid anything containing soya. I was also looking at Solgar B-Complex but it contains 100 mg of B6 and I see here on the forum that it is too much to take.

lecithin
, choline or betaine supplements (see towards end of story).

Don't always blame it on Gluten: Does anyone have a soya lecithin allergy / reaction?
Soya
lecithin
is often used in gluten free chocolate and other foods for texture and binding so that items don't separate.

Is there any benefit to me taking soya
lecithin
tablets? Also, are there any vitamins or other supplements I should be taking? Thanks in advance. :)
