I do believe the oncologist said that he will continue on
Keytruda
. She sent his pathology that by the way came back positive for melanoma. (Kinda grateful?

Testosterone and ADT break
I’ve pretty much run through the available SOC route, but qualified for immunotherapy
Keytruda
and that turned things around for me. PSA has been undetectable for 6 months now. I continue to get
Keytruda
infusions now every 6 weeks. My question is regarding ADT.

Are you currently on Keytruda or Tagrisso? Or Caregiver for someone with lung cancer?
Looking for patients on
Keytruda
to volunteer for a time limited project and/ or for ongoing volunteering as a Phone Buddy (peer mentor by phone). 2. Patients on Tagrisso interested in becoming a Phone Buddy. 3. Caregivers who want to be a Phone Buddy (peer mentor) to other caregivers.

After genome testing, it was determined that I woild be a candidate for
Keytruda
. I have been at this fight for 6 years, Taxotere, casodex, lupron, xgeva, Xtandi. They all worked until they didn't. I am still on lupron and xgeva. I had my first infusion of
Keytruda
on July 2.

Update on insanity
Do we stay on
Keytruda
that eliminated everything else? Or do we try another FDA approved combo. Atezolizumab - Vemurafinib - Cobimetinib. Ryan did not fair well on a dual therapy, so I’m not sure if that will be the course of action. Definitely has to be discussed.

Avastin and GI bleeding
My dad with Stage IV NCSLC and LMD is on
Keytruda
and Avastin. Three weeks After full brain radiation he experienced GI bleeding and doctors are saying its due to Avastin. I worry now cause was hoping that Avastin will help with his brain mets but if that is causing bleeding , now what is next?

Fatigue
I’m doing
Keytruda
and Altima once every 3 weeks maint. No I lay here and sleep and can’t stand too long, find out
keytruda
stops your thyroid from functioning so I’m on 100 MCG of levothyroxine to normalize but I’m wiped out.

FDA approves pembrolizumab for adults and children with TMB-H solid tumors
The new labeling approval for
Keytruda
gives a new subset of patients access to the drug that may not have previously qualified for it without additional chemotherapy. The FDA has also approved the Foundation One CDx assay as a companion diagnostic for

Relief from nausea with Zofran
I was suffering from nausea last week following infusions of
Keytruda
and Lu-177 while in a clinical trial. My NP prescribed Zofran (ondansetron) which immediately relieved the nausea. I wish I had known about it 3 years ago when I had nausea from chemo!

Portacath...any information please?
We’re devastated & he’s now starting chemo &
Keytruda
. The chemo unit have suggested a portacath so I’d be extremely grateful if anyone can give me some good & not good advice regarding this. It’s all so frightening & I’m not coping well at all.

Back to “normal” after shielding???
mum is currently on
keytruda
, doing well with 6 weekly infusions, minimal side effects, etc. She is therefore on the shielding list. She’s bored, but of course understands why it’s necessary.

Alimta
Due to one pesky tumor increasing in size from scan to scan, my oncologist is recommending stopping
Keytruda
(the only treatment I've had since being diagnosed January 2019) and beginning Alimta. Does anyone have any feedback/suggestions for using Alimta?
