Starting Tagrisso
After four rounds of
Keytruda
, Pemetrexed, and Carboplatin a PET scan showed primary tumor had increased in size. My doctor then ordered a biopsy which tested positive for EGFR mutation. I had a three week course of radiation and just started Tagrisso two days ago. All my joints are sore.

hoping for some feedback from you guys.
Keytruda
was a lifesaver for me. I would have died theee years ago without it. But now I’m getting a slow but steady PSA increase (currently only 0.95). But I’ve been here before, many times, watching it grow from super low to massive numbers.

Chemo damaged my bone marrow.
Oncologist put me on
Keytruda
and I’ve had 3 doses now. I’m so worried that I now have myleodysplasia or acute leukemia and am afraid to have bone marrow biopsy. My oncologist said if I do have this, there isn’t much to be done. Has this happened to others?

We are due to start pembroluzumab (
keytruda
) to start every 3 weeks in the next month. I know every is different but I’d love to hear how people have coped with side affects & if they have any hindsight recommendations that may help with side affects? Thanks in advance!

FDA approved keytruda for use as adjuvant treatment for use by Stages 1B, 2, and 3A nsclc.
previously allocated only to stages 3B and 4. It has proved to extend the length of progression free survival in lower stages of nsclc. https://www.fda.gov/drugs/resources-information-approved-drugs/fda-approves-pembrolizumab-adjuvant-treatment-non-small-cell-lung-cancer For the newbies among us,

what’s typically after taxotere?
It looks like our insurance already authed
Keytruda
, but from what I can loosely understand online, Yervoy may be better? Still waiting on his genomic biopsy results to come back.

I've been in 2 rounds of chemo with Cisplatin + Pexemetred with plans to add
Keytruda
to round 3 and 4. However, my cancer is not responding to my 2nd rounds of chemo and I have new spots in my body. The scans are "concerning" according to my doctor.

Chemo failure and what’s next
Next steps are Lutitium and after that MO is talking about applying for compassionate
keytruda
?? I know very little about
keytruda
much less what a compassionate
keytruda
designation is. Any information about any of the above will be greatly appreciated.

Things don’t look good!!!
My husband has been on Zytiga, Lynparza,
Keytruda
Doxetaxel, Cabazitaxel as well as Carboplatin. Nothing really worked long term. He is Castrate resistant. He most recently had one treatment of Lu 177. His platelets never really bounced back since his first treatment.

Secondary adrenal insufficiency after immunotherapy
I begun chemo and immunotherapy(Pembrolizumab/
Keytruda
) in September 2022. In January 2023 I finished the chemo and ten days latter I had an Addisonian Crisis. The immunotherapy destroyed my pituitary gland along with the tumor.

I think the lutetium is like a Hail Mary to be followed up with

if it does not work. Any and all discussion about my situation will be appreciated.
