My dad recently diagnosed with NSCLC... Need help..
It is a combination of
Keytruda
and Vorinostat (Phase I/II). I cannot find any info on this combination and something in my gut doesn't feel right about this. I think his cancer should be hit aggressively at this stage, possibly a 2 chemo option with
Keytruda
together from my research.

New Mets- Not good News
At end of her appointment she said that we would schedule a biopsy send it in for gene testing and then possibly start iimmunotherapywith
keytruda
if his cells show instability. Mention qualifying for the use of this for prostate cancer.

Success with Keytruda
After a 10 year battle with PCa, I started
Keytruda
last December. UofM genetic analysis indicated
Keytruda
would probably work. After one infusion and three weeks time, my four subcutaneous tumors (yes! biopsy verified) had shrunk noticeably.

Experience with Tagrisso?
I had
Keytruda
from 6/17 unti December '17. Switched to Tagrisso 1/1/18. I haven't seen much discussion about Tagrisso and I'd like to hear from anyone who has taken it and their experiences with it. Thanks in advance for any replies!

Clinical trial Keytruda (pembrolizumab) with Epacadostat
Folks, We are exploring next steps since the
Keytruda
alone has not prevented a second mets from occurring on my husband's leg.

Tagrisso Anyone?
Her options were: 1) Stay on the
Keytruda
and see what happens. 2) More chemo, 3) do nothing(!). Went to MD Anderson for 2nd opinion and Tagrisso was recommended. Started 1/2018. Any opinions and suggestions are appreciated. Side effects? Scan results since starting? Anything? Anyone?

Second time around.
My new regimen is
Keytruda
infusion every three weeks. So far Ive had nine of these and compared to chemo it is relatively mellow. My major complaint is neurapathy in my feet and hands. Also I'm tired most days and sleep so much that I can't sleep at night.

Introduction
She is a couple months away from the end of a
Keytruda
drug trial. I am interested in additional ways to help reduce swelling. She has tried compression stockings, but they are very uncomfortable.

Treatment change imminent for mcrpc
Now the docs must decide what to do next and it looks like Xtandi or
Keytruda
(immunotherapy) off study. Neither is likely to be as effective as the Zytiga. The other option is to look at clinical trials of which there are many in the large metro area I live in. I meet with my medonc next week.
