And b vits &

High Folate, Low Normal B12
Iron

Severe symptoms in pregnancy.
I had blood tests done and my
iron
is fine, everything seems to be fine. I don’t drink coffee or anything caffeinated, don’t smoke, take drugs or drink alcohol and try to eat healthy. My gp is useless but I have midwife appointment tomorrow and will definitely mention that.

Undermedicated, why?
So I know I need
iron
, but I would also like a higher dose in Levothyroxine, why are they so cautious? I am already on a tiny dose, at least that's how it seems to me. Is it a money thing? Or what do they think are the risk? I asked but couldn't get a response...

Beta blockers
I'm 68, female with NASH/ Cirrhosis which is compensated. I have recently been prescribed 1.25 mg of Bisoprolol Fumarate (beta blocker) but I'm so anxious about taking it as my GP seemed unsure about any effect on my liver. I was wondering if any members take beta blockers with no ill effects? I'm also

Stopping Injections After 3 Loading Doses
As an aside, I’ve been diagnosed with non alcoholic liver disease early stages, and I had
iron
deficiency anaemia last year which was treated, and I’m under neurology and endocrinology too so as you can imagine it’s a lot to try and work through especially with being so fatigued! Thank you!

success with Threearrows - for anyone struggling with LOW IRON/FERRITIN
After 6 months I am finally seeing some progress with my
iron
panel! I spent 3 months on 4 ferrous gluconate tablets a day and my ferritin, saturation and
iron
barely budged. In fact, my serum
iron
actually decreased.

I take magnesium and zinc, and gentle
iron
plus vitamin C, and vitamin D. Any thoughts or advice would be most welcome. I have told some of this in earlier posts, some may remember.

I don’t know whether it’s the fact that I take the liquid
iron
three times a day which makes the difference.

Silent Reflux and B12 Deficiency- Any Link?
I also have Tuner Syndrome so am on HRT patches (I’m 32 years old), I have had Vit D deficiency in the past but it was tested last year and was good, I’m prone to
iron
deficiency anaemia although this appears to be down to my periods and switching my HRT has helped massively although not had levels rechecked

Neurologist’s phone call
for a blood test to see how my ferritin and
iron
levels are. So it’s still a question of wait and see and of course l don’t know if Subutex will be any better for me than Temgesic.

Except for

panel, my last blood tests were in January 2023. Will I need to retest TSH/T3/T4/antibodies/vitD & B12? I could start on that while I’m waiting…

Trazodone
Hi , after trying very hard to navigate depression without drugs I have now just started Trazodone . Taking Gabapentin successfully, only mild RL . Had every dopamine drug for many years and now completely free of them for at least 6 months . My question is although Trazodone is deemed not to affect
