I have bleed for almost 2 full months over the last 4 months - awaiting on hysterectomy, so I supplemented with dextran
iron
injections as my gut doesn’t do well on oral supplement.

Update on my journey of elimination
I have noticed my
iron
going down, my estrogen plummeting, glucose going up - had enough! This is what I have done: 1. Tried all meds under the sun, apart from T3 only (and this includes 2 different NDTs). 2. Had
iron
infusion in November in hope my lowish in range ferritin is contributing.

Back Trauma significantly worsening RLS - anyone else?
Now, I've gone from that to, 8 months post back trauma, waking up once or twice a night to RLS, even if I've taken a couple Advil or a Tylenol (I have started on
iron
supplements and my ferritin was about 80, but that hasn't had enough time to judge if it'll work yet).

What to ask Endo?
I don't feel well at the moment but I've only been on
iron
, Vit D and B12/B complex for just over 2 weeks. Should I ask about reducing or coming off Carbimazole? Or would I be better staying on the current dose for longer if I'm stable?

Perplexed over lab work
I've struggled with anemia, low
iron
, low b-12, low ferritin and low folate since then. I had an
iron
transfusion in July 2022 but it did not make much of a difference in my levels. I've used various supplements that also have not made much of a difference, if any.

Help with Blood Results
I havent had any other
iron
results back to see if they have changed at all. I have recently had some sort of virus where my blood oxygen levels dropped during sleep to 86% for a 2 week period & extreme fatigue. They are back up to normal now. i am left feeling so very tired again.

MY REMEDIES FOR MY RLS
My blood lab values are great - I had an
iron
transfusion 3 yrs ago and lab values have held fine. My point here is for me I have found that if I can reduce my overall body inflammation, my RLS sx also are reduced by 80-90%.

Your thoughts on this will be appreciated, please
Previously put on B12 injections,
iron
, D, probiotics etc which has helped a bit. Two years ago, did a Medichecks full thyroid test and all was fine. (I don't know what those results were, so as we know, 'fine' may not be applicable in our expereince!)

Medicheck results – help please
I’ve been taking Three Arrows
Iron
off and on, but not regularly.. Also can you explain my high T4 . Does this mean that some is not being converted to T3.

Somebody asked why I take Berberine. I figured it something good to share.

Sublingual to Swallowing Levo/T3 - My Grand Experiment n=1 - the results are in!
(I did reduce D to 2500 due to an overage, and increased
iron
from twice a week to daily due to my
iron
numbers not budging.) Methodology commentary - My husband told me I shouldn’t have wasted 6 weeks on this at all, that I should just keep optimizing my low T4.

Iron could help B12 levels
supplements to help my
iron
stores, but I’m now starting to wonder if my low
iron
levels have something to do with my low b12 levels.
