Running writing 1 year on.
Hello, Although I don’t post on here very often I do read what people write some new to the site with some of the same problems we all face. Also the people who have been around a while who are well versed in TRYING maybe that word sums it up. Trying to feel a bit better, trying to not feel tired, maybe

Asthma
However to expel the phlegm I took two nebulisers a day of
Ipramol
and I find that my asthma has improved immensely. I was taking the Relvar every day(which I still do) but instead of taking the Atrovent inhaler which I could be taking 6-8 puffs a day, I take two nebules.

My wife has had PD for 3 years and treated only with Sifrol (pramipexole) and Cipramil for the nerves, we found when we increased doses the PD symptoms got worse, so we reduced to the current level which was okay til now, then the local GP suggested 'it is time

I need help deciding on medication
On Monday I have to decided what to take for my PTSD, generalised anxiety disorder and servere depression. I’ve been offered to try Latuda or Prozac and lithium, because I’ve previously been on antidepressants, mood stabilisers and antipsychotics before and I get manic switch and I’m super sensitive

So fed up again!!!
I'm afraid I'm having a moan again guys!! I feel sooo wretched. My pain is at an all time high, I can hardly move around. If I could stay in bed forever I would! I have made an appointment to see my GP, but that's not till June 20th. She has no appointments till then. Every part of me is in agony

11 years after and depression seems to have got worse!!!
2002 A night out in town, after too much to drink and not being able to flag a taxi, i thought it would be better to cross the road so we had traffic covered both ways. I continued to talk as i crossed the road and didnt look to my right as i crossed, a mini bus hit me. This filped me in the air and
