I had COVID-19 for 2 weeks. I had every symptom on the COVID-19 web page. It started with a cough. Then another symptom would come & go each day. I had fever almost the whole time. thyroid problem blood tests reveal low folate?
Hi to all! I 'm new here. I took a private blood test to get to grips with low thyoid issues,( since Dec 2013)I am on levothyrosine 62.5mcgs daily. Now find I have low Folate Level ( 3.4ug/L range 2.9-14.5ug/L). And also B12 low-ish or normal range at 75nmols ( range 25.1-165). I am 69 years old.

Self management with COPD and inhalers.
Since retiring from work I have changed the routine of taking my
inhalers
which has had a marked improvement with being excessively breathless. Like many others I used to be so much worse in the afternoons. When working it was a relief to finish and get home.

Can't win
Hi everyone well it's nearly time to go back to college. Have been on my new inhaler for few weeks and it has really helped can do more than I could before but the downside of this is that even more tired and when fatigue sets in its hard to do anything but rest do others have the same problem.

Iāve just received an nhs emergency identity card through the mail that states that Iām steroid dependent
This has not been discussed with me and Iām quite shocked to realise this (perhaps Iām being naive and it should have been obvious with the amount of
inhalers
Iām on ā¦..sirdupla, spiriva respimat and regular courses of prednisolone I have.) it states on the card Iām at risk of adrenal crisis.
