Today I am absolutely positive!
, gold injections (highly toxic and rarely used these days), sulphasalasine, Hydroxychloroquine, Leflunomide (tried twice), Methotrexate (tried twice) and
Infliximab
... all failed!

Is anyone else taking Colchicine?
I'm to try this drug before they can consider me for
Infliximab
which will have to be applied for due to it being such an expensive drug - I'm willing to try anything if it helps me but would like some feedback if possible :)

DLA appeal coming up
I already take 20mg of Methotrexate per week, 5mg of Prednisolone every other day plus an
Infliximab
drip at regular intervals. When I applied for DLA, I was on 15mg. My movement is getting worse.

I've had RA since age I8, rheumatoid lung disease, & extreme dry eye is there anything that helps with night driving re light sensitivity?
I am on
infliximab
, steroids (long term - over 10 years) anti inflams - celebrex can any of these be causing light sensitivity?

My skin reaction to sunlight/glare has returned. I'm on methotrexate and infliximab - any suggestions?
I'm due to have a postponed infusion of
infliximab
on Thursday and am desperate because I'm on a special holiday in a couple of weeks time. Those of you who can, enjoy the sunshine! I'm just looking at it through double glazing! XX

Being checked out for anti-TNF infusion
Just wanted to celebrate my 65th anti-TNF (
infliximab
) infusion! i was wondering whether the skin reaction to sunlight might stop them giving it as they are SO careful. Anyway they gave me a check up (temp, blood pressure, pulse, urine dip etc) and I passed to get the magic potion.

My experience of anti-tnf
Then a quick saline drip to make sure that we use all the precious
infliximab
up, more obs and then you’re free. The impact of the anti-tnf has varied over the ten years I’ve been having it. It took a few treatments to kick in.

What meds can you take with infliximab
I may have to come off methotrexate, which I take to help
infliximab
be more effective (layperson's version). Can anyone tell me whether there is any other meds which the consultant might substitute for methotrexate or will they have to prescribe a completely different anti-tnf as well?
