I've been reading about
hypopituitarism
with both low F4 and TSH. But are my numbers actually OK and should I just accept my symptoms are not thyroid related?

Low cortisol but within normal nhs range
I asked to have a short synacten test to see if my pituitary is failing (
hypopituitarism
) , as one of my big symptoms is low motivation, tiredness, hypothyroidism and zero libido for years despite being on hrt for 12 months now.

Recommendations for Secondary Hypothyroidism
Does anyone have any recommendations or positive experiences of specialists that have dealt with secondary hypothyroidism or
hypopituitarism
? Preferrably in North-West England but open to any suggestions within the UK.

GP surgery declined levo private endo prescribed- how to complain?
The hospital they are asking for advice from is one who I’ve already seen for hypoglycaemia who have falsely excluded
hypopituitarism
based on a morning cortisol blood test so I will be complaining to pals about negligence anyway.

T3 only query
I have
hypopituitarism
and this seems to have affected my thyroid as well as hormone levels. Is it right to increase my T3 or is it ok at this range?

More advice please!
A very quick recap on my situation first: Established partial idiopathic
hypopituitarism
with growth hormone deficiency diagnosed and treated since Nov 2020, which gave huge improvements. But not all symptoms relented, and those remaining all look like hypothyroidism.

How does hypopituitarism fit with hypothyroidism?
So, should I be mentioning
hypopituitarism
to endo? Could it be an issue? I suppose it's niggling in my mind after a session with a brilliant reflexologist a couple of years ago. The only area that she found any issue with was - you guessed it - my pituitary!

Chronically fatigued 18 year old daughter - trying to make sense of her blood test results
As her females hormones and IGF-1 have come back as normal she doesn't think she has
hypopituitarism
but she seems very unwilling to offer any other suggestions as to what else might be causing her chronic fatigue and other problems.

TSH going down instead of up with lowering of levothyroxine
Researching
hypopituitarism
, I am finding that it could be the answer to both problems, and wonder if anyone else has had this issue.

Advice please re comments from Blue Horizon
HOWEVER, THE FREE T4 AND T3 LEVELS ARE ALSO LOW, WHICH RAISES THE POSSIBILITY OF
HYPOPITUITARISM
(UNDERACTIVE PITUITARY GLAND, WHICH WOULD LEAD TO AN UNDERACTIVE THYROID GLAND INSTEAD) - FURTHER TESTING WOULD BE ADVISABLE IF THIS IS SUSPECTED.

Thank you for all your advice to my posts titled "Is this normal?" and "Terminology help"
I am awaiting an appointment date for my "day curve" for the
hypopituitarism
that I also have. I am now awaiting all my printed results in the post and it is on my record that every time my Endo writes to me about my results the test results themselves will be enclosed.

Where do I go from here?
After extensive research I keep coming back to pituitary/ adrenal issues (
hypopituitarism
) central hypothyroidism (pituitary) and Cushing’s. My hormones all seem to be very low in the ‘normal’ range and my cortisol is at the high end of ‘normal’ range.

Is this normal?
To give some context I have been poorly for around 2 years and I have recently (finally) been diagnosed with partial empty sella,
hypopituitarism
which has caused adrenal insufficiency and hypothyroidism and the medication I have been given is Hydrocortisone and Levothyroxine which I have been taking
