Is my t4 to T3 conversion looking ok & vit D advice please
I’ve had lots of good advice here and would welcome views on latest test results from Blue Horizon. Do my T4 and T3 results look ok, am I converting well? Is there anything on the results I should be mindful of? Can someone remind me of a good Vit D supplement? The link to the Vit D calculator suggests

Getting a GP to listen!
Hi all, I'm new here so if this is the wrong place for this let me know. In 2019 I noticed a swelling in my neck and it was diagnosed as a thyroid goiter. The look of it doesn't bother me too much but I'm getting a lot of thyroid related symptoms, so I've been having a few tests done. I have "nodules

Teeth and prednisolone
Has anyone had problems with teeth and jaw pain when on prednisolone? Is so what advice can you give. My teeth have been no bother the last ten years. They are very old. Then when pmf hit , possibly as long as 8 months or more ago,, began to have jaw pain and trouble chewing. Started pred in November

advice required from the wonderful people on this site.
Have been told I have nodules on my thyroid and lymph nodes on my chest, waiting to get an appointment for biopsy to be done. Saw an endocrinologist privately, she advised going back to NHS to get tests done. On the two week pathway. Just waiting to be referred. surgery only received letter today.

Has anyone ever had an Iron infusion?
Having suffered from underactive thyroid for years and taking Levothyroxine with mixed results, I also suffer from low iron and ferritin and Vitamin D. I find it hard to get my levels of iron up despite eating red meat and green veg and supplementing, and wondered if anyone had tried an iron infusion

Guidelines
Hi I'm wondering if there are guidelines in the UK regarding TSH numbers by which a doctor is advised treatment should be an option? I did my first private blood test in 2017 and the doctors remarks were to see my GP regarding treatment for an underactive thyroid. I was so pleased to finally have clarification

Questions about fatigue
I initially posted this to the B12 deficiency forum, and it was suggested that I post it here. I am in the USA. In the spring of 2021 I had been having periods of fatigue that would put me in bed for two or three days at a time, and then suddenly things would be better again. This was a repeating pattern

Update -Left Heart Hypertrophy/
update,I talked with my cardiologist that found the issue, again she was straight forward. I asked her the question that I wanted, she gave some weak answers that leaves another questions to ask. ‘Yes ,this is for life, good that you drop your blood pressure without medication, you need to be checked
