Denied Surgery need advice on these meds
The drug names are visanne c, or dienogest (which he highly recommends) and
GNRH
(anacolae?) can really make out his letters. Can I get some feedback from anyone who's tried these drugs.

New to this.. Zoladex advice?
Due to my pain increasing the past few weeks my consultant is very persistent on me having the
GnRH
injections (zoladex), but I am very skeptical. I am a student nurse and having time off is really difficult.

Had op today-queries..GnRH,Kissing ovaries,obliterated POD??
She wants me to consider 6 months of
GnRH
injections...any body any experiences? She said it will bring on menopause type symptoms but reduce the endo down further before then trying for a baby. Or alternatively take contraception for a period.

What's the difference between prostap and depapeptyl?
I am on the
gnrh
monthly injections and was told before I started them that I would be having prostap. Just had 3rd injection and found out I'm actually on decapeptyl. Are they similar does anyone know of any differences apart from the cost

GnRH analogues - please help, I'm only 24!
The combined pill and progesterone only pill haven't seemed to work and the consultant has recommended
GnRH
analogue injections - basically a 3 month menopause. I am very worried and scared of the physical effects this will have on my body, especially at such a young age.

Hi ladies. I have developed a rash all over my boobs and it's now going down my arms. It's not itchy or hurt and I feel otherwise well. Could this be a side effect of the decapeptyl or am I just blaming everything on that blooming injection? Barbara. X

Leukotriene receptor antagonist for endo pain
Hormone treatments are no good to me - tried all sorts of pills, I was told to stop
GnRH
by doctor with severe side effect. I am still not sure about Marina coil as I have failed with all sorts of hormone treatment and it is difficult to reverse (well by myself).

Feeling confused and totally fed up !
I don't know if all the above are due to the
GNRH
or just a coincidence. And. If these will continue (?)

Went for GnRH Injections and came out very confused!
Hello Ladies, I hope you are all ok and have had a pain free day! So here's the story...Well I walked in and they asked me a few questions and I agreed to the injection. Then the nurse asked when my last period was as you have to have the injection just after. This is when it hit me. I haven't had one

My injection was unsuccessful and I do not wish to have anymore
GnRH
injections and I can't take the pills so a hormone treatment is not good for me. I don't wish to have a Marina coil as it is not easy to remove if it goes wrong and I don't seem I go with very well with hormone treatment.

Lack of side effects ?
I would value your experiences of the side effects whilst taking

GNRH flare and HRT
Had my first
GNRH
injection yesterday. I have two questions to ask you wonderful ladies: 1) when does the "flare" and side effects start ? 2) should I take the HRT that has been prescribed? Thank you beautiful Endo sisters. Barbara x

Decapeptyl not Zoledex
I went to my doctors surgery expecting to have my first zoledex injection but I was told that the surgery prefers to use Decapeptyl
GNRH
instead. And that it was a "kinder" injection than zoledex. So I had the monthly injection. Any ladies had this medication and is it very different from zoledex?

Oh dear!
Although neither my GP or I are keen on me having
GNRH
, together we decided that I should try this for a month. So I am having a Zoldex injection tomorrow...... And I'm really worried.

Can anyone share their experience of having a hysterectomy ? Did it take away the pain and was it a full hysterectomy? Thanks :-)
I was on
GnRH
for 6 months and I was like a new person! Consultant took me off it to see if my merina coil would kick in and help the pain, if not then it will be a hysterectomy for me. Sad to say I am falling back into that horrible painful place, so looks I will get the procedure.

GNRH drugs.
I think the
GNRH
drugs maybe the next step that will be suggested to me. Are all
GNRH
drugs the same? Is there one that is more effective on Endo them another and is their one that has fewer side effects? If you are prescribed HRT also, does this stop the side effects of the
GNRH
medication.
