Triptorelin GnRH-a 2nd shot due
I’m due excision at end of August & surgeon started me on Triptorelin
GnRH
-a injection to reduce pain and shrink cysts & whatever else is going on inside. I feel my pain has significantly increased so wondering if I should really have the second shot, that is due in two weeks time?

41 Perimenopause? Femoston. History of unusual fibroid- concerns. Help!
I had 3 months of
GnRH
analogue to put me into chemical menopause before surgery to shrink the mass and make surgery less risky. I had extreme menopausal symptoms with that- I could barely function (I didn't take HRT with it).

Can you take Starflower oil with Decapeptyl?
I’ve been told starflower oil helps with the hot flushes, but can you take it with the
GnRH
injection?

Testosterone recovery (after 6 months of ADT).
In multivariate analysis, the use of a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (
GnRH
) antagonist as nADT significantly earlier improved to recovery to normal TT level (p = 0.046).

Coping at work with endo
I’ve given in to having the
gnrh
(decapeptyl) injection beginning of the week. I now have sharp pains when I need to urinate, feel hot then cold, and have awful cramps. I have been signed off work for a total of 7 or 8 weeks since November 2019.

Is There Still a Role for Bilateral Orchidectomy in ADT for Metastatic Prostate Cancer?
(Degarelix is a
GnRH
[LHRH] antagonist. Traditional chemical castration drugs such as Lupron are
GnRH
receptor agonists.)

Endometriosis severe pain 18 months after 4th excision surgery and mirena
Anyway, he has now recommended I try amitriptyline, the
gnrh
analogue injections again and oestrogen patches. And has also referred me to a urogynaecologist regarding bladder problems. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

FET with endometriosis- what was your protocol? How much estrogens?
Also, did you take
gnrh
agonist beforehand? I feel my clinic ( nhs) doesn't really take into account my endometriosis :-( In fact the doctor said that the pill is a good treatment for endometriosis ( yeah right...) And I shouldn't worry. Buy I do..I'm almost 38...

GNrh & HRT (Tibolone)
So iv been on
GNRh
for few months now and it’s been working incredibly well for me 🙌 reducing pain by a lot and just giving me relief in general. My last appointment was regarding next steps of what we are going to do health plan wise.

Newly diagnosed
They have suggested
GnRH
. I am wondering if anyone has any experience of this and advice to offer? From what I have read, it seems like quite a bit of upheaval with no guarantee that it will work. I'd be really grateful for any advice you can offer.

GnRH injection questions
I’ve been put on a 6 month waiting list for keyhole surgery, but between now and waiting for my surgery my Gynaecologist wants me to start having the
GnRH
injection. How does this effect you? Will it is cause harm long term when I start having children?

enzalutamide (XTANDI®, Astellas Pharma Inc.) for patients with metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC).
All patients received a
GnRH
analog or had a prior bilateral orchiectomy. The main efficacy outcome measure was radiographic progression-free survival (rPFS).

New oral GnRH antagonist shows 97% response rate in Phase III trial
It looks like there is a tablet version of
GnRH
antagonists soon to be approved. This is an alternative to Lupron-class drugs, in tablet form.

MONOTHERAPY FOR NEWLY DIAGNOSED PROSTATE CANCER
Also called Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (
GnRH
) agonist. I'm gonna stop here, having discovered interesting mis- and maybe dis-information on the Am. Ca. Soc. website, along with good info... which is typical all the hell over the internet. C'est la CyberSpace.
