āNew Shoe Alert ā
After a lot of research and advice, these are what I went with šBrooks Levitate š I tried so many different styles today.. Trail's just didn't feel right š¤ Think I'm to used to my brook's glycerine But these have a bit of a lower heel drop.. which hopefully helps alleviate my ball of the foot pain

Hey Everyone 3 weeks ago today, I felt a bit off, had what I thought was ingestion, and was a bit breathless I used my GTN spray and took some gaviscon, and used my inhaler, nothing worked but I still dismissed it I decided to go onto the NHS website and they said a nurse would call me back. If it

However, since having covid a month ago I have had more incidents than in the last year. Has anyone else

Newly diagnosed MVA
I am newly diagnosed with Microvascular Angina after months of chest pains, fatigue and feeling generally poorly. An angiogram showed my main arteries are all ok. Therefore it turned out that it is this disease. It is a relief that I can put a name to my condition but equally not great because itās not

Recurrence of coronary artery spasm
Yet another trip to A&E. Fortunately spasm didn't result in increase in troponin levels so after monitoring me for entire day recommendation was to add isosorbide mononitrate to daily cocktail of drugs. I have three questions please: 1. Has anyone struggling with this condition found an ideal cocktail

gtn spray
I was diagnosed with angina a few years ago and at the prescribed GTN spray, I have to say I rarely use it partly due to the headache it causes! I also have severe COPD for which I use various inhalers, I was just wondering would the GTN spray be beneficial to me for help with breathlessness? for example

A huge Thank You and rash update
I want to thank everybody who supported and reassured me on my post two days ago. Thank you all for sharing your own experiences with me and to Barbara and Kat for sharing photos of their rashes which did suggest it was indeed a Lupus rash I had, as Iād suspected, when it looked so similar and was running

Question about use of Glyceryl Trinitrate
Recently been diagnosed as Anemic. Its affecting my heart. Does anyone know if using the above frequently, say 2 to 3 times a day causes the heart to weaken further or is it safe to do so in the long run?

Stable Angina or Microvascular? Should I ask for further tests?
Hello Was diagnosed with stable angina on Monday after a couple of episodes running (chest pain, clammy, shaky). I've had an ECG today (all clear) and bloods taken. The doctor on Monday basically signed me off (that's what it felt like) and told me not to worry too much (easier said than done) and

GTN Spray or tablets?...
Hi. I'm due to go away for 3 months to a very hot area without Aircon or refrigeration. I not on my GTN spray it has a temperature storage range and I'll not be able to meet that range - it will be too hot. Would I be better off with tablets? Incidentally I've not had to use the spray once since a stent
