Ups and down along the way - learning to live with all of this
She did prescribe me with a vit/min/probiotic/
ginseng
/etc etc. supplement. She did mention that my blood sugar level was too high, and that I needed to watch now the amount of sugar and fat in my diet.

It also says to avoid aloe,
ginseng
and caster oil, and menthol....which is why it wouldn't work to take benylin. Its possible to get it on its own in tablet form. It really looks like an exciting treatment. If the link doesn't work or isn't allowed, its all about Phosphate retention.

adrenal stress index
Lots of relapses, fatique and infections later, together with acupuncture, herbs,
ginseng
vit C, yoga, early nights, good food etc etc I am feeling OK. But! Dr P says my adrenals are well and truly 'knackered' (his words) and will never recover, thus needing pred for life.

part 2 of Am I having a baby or is it just wind !!
I did as she said an made a cup of ginger lemon and
ginseng
tea and waited, gradually i could feel the spasms shortening and then they were gone; i know all that was happening was the nerve endings were being suppressed but you know I don't care all I want is to stop hurting.
