Thats it - Infertility has finally broken me.
After over 2years TTC, 4 unsuccessful cycles of letrozole and at bottom of waiting list for my 1 NHS funded round of IVF unexplained infertility has broken me today. Maybe this is what i needed? To be broken to put myself back together again? Who knows. Ive been sent home from work and told not to

Second opinion with well known bc onc
On
Femara
(letrozole) and Zometa with good results. Got nearly 5 years from
Femara
. When it failed, I had a second lumpectomy and switched to Faslodex.

Smoking
I feel guilty and sad everyday that I’m not doing what others think I could do to stay alive; I actually think staying with ibrance/
Femara
Ativan Ambien Zoloft & Caltrate and managing side effects was fighting it. While I said I don’t need “health-lectures; I don’t want pity party either.

Struggling to get motivated this time 😬
We are 3 days into a medicated FET cycle and as the title says, I’m really struggling to get my head into it. Our first cycle failed about 7 weeks ago and I was not in a good way afterwards so think I’m probably still processing that. We went for our follow up appointment last week expecting them to

Was anyone on this list “cancer free” until her initial diagnosis at stage IV? Also do you feel worse on the 7 days off?
I am on Ibrance,
Femara
and Xgeva. I just finished my 2nd 21/7 and go today to start a new round. It seems that I feel worse the 7 days off?! I’m new to this site a finding my way to a new normal.

Femara PFS rate in metastatic breast cancer
As per the latest PET scan took on May 2018 there is no metabolically active disease anywhere in body and still we are continuing with
Femara
+ Zoldrenic acid (3 months once). Is there any progression free survival rates available while using
Femara
for MBC.

Looking for the link to Dr. Lin, from Dana-Farber Cancer Inst Video on treatments of MBC HR+
Have been on Ibrance,
Femara
and Xgeva singe June 2018. I had my ovaries taken out in July 2019. I was surfing this site, reading all the similar stories. I found the link to Dr. Lin's video, which was so informative. But I can't seem to find it again.
