This may be old news to many but just in case~~ https://print-a-calendar.com/may-2020 You can advance and print whatever months you want. This is a link where you can print out blank calendar pages, which I definitely need to know how much Medrol to take when now that I'm doing the slooooooow taper~

Curly hair?
Right now, my memory is not my strong suit~~~but I think I have been on Actemra injections weekly for about three months for GCA, along with Medrol. My hair has gotten a bit thinner, not too bad, but quite curly, ringlets. I was just curious if anyone else had experienced this? Finally, yesterday I

Newly diagnosed after years of problems
Hi, everyone. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share my story. I was diagnosed with FND just a few months ago after years of neurological problems. They first started in 2006 with pain, mostly in my back, then I started having bladder problems, a foot drop on the right, mild muscle

Ocrevus-where are you??
I received my 2 half doses of ocrevus in July and August. I was due for my first full dose yesterday. I didn’t receive it because it was day four in the hospital. A month ago I started a relapse and it was discovered by an MRI that I have a new lesion growing in my thoracic. I did three doses of 1000

Help with hives
Hi, thyroid friends. I tried posting in the skin group but didn’t get any replies. Since I know hives is linked to hypothyroidism/Hashimoto’s- I thought I might ask the group. I started noticing my chronic hives in November. I had never had them before and they happened to occur at a time when my TSH

Got cortisol saliva test results back - would really appreciate feedback and advice from others!
I just got my test results back from Genova Diagnostics. I have to say they came as a complete surprise to me as I was convinced I had adrenal fatigue. I realise they are all out of range, but wonder how common this is in a person who 1. has been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue in the past and treated

Dosage of Depo- medrol injection
Does anyone know what the equivalent oral dose of Pred. Is to a 40 mg depo- medrol injection? I am having yet another flare and usually this injection heads it off without my having to change my usual oral dose( 11 mgs). The first few days after the injection I was feeling much better but now seem to

Would like to hear about other people's experiences with adrenal fatigue
I'm currently waiting for the results of my adrenal stress test (saliva) but would like to hear more about other people's experiences when it comes to dealing with adrenal fatigue. I was diagnosed with this condition seven years ago by a Hertoghe doctor in Belgium and put on Medrol. I was told a usual

Should I get a full body CT scan?
I initially thought to post this in an anxiety group but you guys have been really helpful and know about the wide range of Hashimoto’s symptoms. So I have a big fear of lymphoma- I think it started because my friend’s father and another friend’s mother were diagnosed within months of each other. One

Genova adrenal stress test
So, I just received my test kit from above-mentioned provider. I weaned off Medrol for adrenal fatigue a couple of years ago and would like to know where I stand before possibly going on any kind of adrenal support. I am currently not taking anything for my adrenals. Some symptoms suggest I should, while

PPMS & Living my Best Life
Hello, Thank you for dropping in! Dx’d with RRMS in January of ‘15 and over the course of that next 12 months it was changed to PPMS. I’ve tried several rounds of Solu-Medrol, in the beginning few months, 11 rounds of Tysabri, but taken off due to being JC+, Copaxone for another year and have been on

Seen hormone specialist, more confused than ever...!
So I've been for my long overdue annual visit to my hormone doctor in Belgium and I have to admit I received quite a lot of confusing and even contradictory advice that I would love for members to comment on: First of all, when it comes to my massive weight gain (+25 kg) since being treated with high

Medrol
I saw my rheumy this week and she prescribed medrol (4mg strength) to replace the prednisone, the reason being that the medrol tablet has 2 crosses making it easier to divide in 1mg than pred (We only get 5mg pred in my country). Does anybody have experience of medrol?

Have I developed "doctor phobia" or what...?!
Today I saw my new GP for a follow-up visit. My old one moved away and I stopped going to the practice for no particular reason. On Sept 6, during my first visit since July '17, my BP was slightly raised (170/92, heart rate 90). I was put on perindopril 5 mg daily and told to come back today. Interestingly
