Has anyone else experienced this during (peri)menopause?
My OB/GYN has not found anything abnormal either (apart from my slightly elevated
estradiol
levels).

HRT advice needed
For the first 14 days of cycle, you take
estradiol
only, and then
estradiol
and dydrogesterone for the next 14 days, so continuously.

Supraphysiologic Testosterone Therapy for PCa. BAT.
I don't think that T should be considered without also looking at
estradiol
[E2]. Men with the metabolic syndrome typically have increased visceral fat (which secretes E2) & lower T production. Even in the absence of MetS, the aging man suffers a relentless reduction of T.

Further, PTER treatment inhibited elevated PSA levels that were hormonally induced groups, DHT and 17β-
estradiol
. PTER decreased Akt activation, MMP expression, and further contributed to anti-carcinogenesis.

Progynova or Estradiol - when to stop?
I am 8 weeks and 3 days and was still taking 2mg progynova 3 times a day although I was asked to stop these at 6 weeks scan (upon seeing the heartbeat) I was too scared to stop and carried on as I read mixed reviews online (I have extras packets of these) My clinic this morning realized I am still taking

Update after sacral lymph node surgery:
I am currently applying an
estradiol
(E2) gel (transdermal hormone therapy) as an alternative to the ADT drugs and my most recent PSA has dropped to 0.046. My father and his two brothers (all had RPs) survived many years on oral estrogen (DES) and passed away in their late 80s.

Aromatase
The cells have no need to convert testosterone to
estradiol
[E2]. ERalpha is found in the stroma, so the presence of aromatase is not surprising, since the natural ligand is E2.

FET 7wks pregnant but spotting and light bleeding
I'm on prontogest injections and
estradiol
tablets 6mg a day, so wonder if those keeps my body away from full flow....... I was in contact with my clinic, they wanted me to wait until set scan date so they can see what they need to see, I do understand that.

Question to those of you on estrogen replacement
I have been to see my OB-Gyn and was given a prescription to go to the lab and have my
estradiol
levels measured, along with my FH and LH levels.

I'm new here... Coming off HRT (for FET): how long till my normal cycles "reset"?
I had my periods regularly (every 26 days or so) until two months ago, when I started HRT (
estradiol
/progesterone) to get ready for the embryo transfer (we were looking at end of October 2017). The endometrium did not get thick enough, though, and I also developed a cyst.

I am new here and need your opinion!
It would be worthwhile to evaluate steroid hormones by saliva and correct any hormonal imbalances (eg. high
estradiol
, low progesterone, low testosterone, high or low cortisol) that might impede optimal thyroid function. Free T3 is within normal range but symptoms indicate thyroid deficiency.
