Day 33 - hubby update
The specialist he was referred too has booked him a 24hr ECG and an
Echocardiogram
, as they want to check his heart before they blame the blackouts on his alcohol related symptoms Counselling - Hubby is having weekly tel appts with an addiction counsellor.

I had an
echocardiogram
weeks ago and she obviously has the results. (I don't yet). The treatment is to start next Wednesday and I have booked in to see her before that to discuss my concerns. Have any of you ladies had this treatment and do you have advice? Thank you in advance, Jill

An

should have been performed 12 months ago, but COVID and lockdowns put paid to that.

Really need your help
I did book an urgent appointment to look at my heart tomorrow via
echocardiogram
privately to see whether it's my heart/circulation or if something else driving it as can't cope with this so dont care about the cost and he may look at adrenals if heart seemingly okay. cortisol has been slightly elevated

Getting a diagnosis - variant angina
I’ve had a clear
echocardiogram
and 7 day heart monitor (with no symptoms other that a palpitation during the 7 day). They are sending me a 2 month event monitor.

GP sent me for an
echocardiogram
back in 2017, nothing came of it apart from being fobbed off with 'exercise induced asthma' a year down the line (2018) I stopped using the inhaler because it wasn't working. 2019 I was diagnosed with mild endometriosis. They removed the endo in March 2019.

New girl unsure of what things mean
Another bit in the letter says ‘We will arrange an
echocardiogram
to look for evidence of a regional wall motion abnormality. If the echo is normal we could perform a stress echo or a myocardial perfusion scan in order to investigate further.’

At my wits end!!!!
Since 2019 ive had two 7 day monitors, an
echocardiogram
, stress treadmill test and an mri. Cardiologist first found fast rate so ive been taking bisoprolol 2.5mg since 2019. All other tests have come back fine just 2 episodes of some sort of ventricular beat after the treadmill test.

Do I not need any treatment or advice?
I was sent for a ct and
echocardiogram
. They showed that I have a mild stenosis (<25%) of the LAD and a mildly enlarged left atrium. My discharge letter says that I don't need any further action. Does that mean that I don't need any medication?

Heart palpitations/chest spasms/just anxiety?
Following on from this I had the feeling again and again, I have had lots of ECGS all clear, my GP referred me to a cardiologist and I had a 24h holter and an
echocardiogram
. The consultant said all was fine and it was panic and health anxiety.
