Paxil side effects please help

i just started taking paxil 10 mg today at 8:30 AM and i felt okay i went to class and was fine. But now around 2:06 pm i was sitting down and randomly had heart palpitations like my heart started beating fast and it was only for a couple seconds, i started to freak out and now i’m having anxiety, i’m scared idk what to do, this has never happened i’m so scared i’m freaking out, i’ve had an Echocardiogram and an ECG and everything was normal, i’m so confused why is this happening, i hear that Paxil can cause heart palpitations but it’s only been 7 hours since i’ve taken it and its my first time taking it is it even possible for side effects to happen that quickly? i wanna stop taking it........

You should tell your doctor about this I am so sorry that your experiencing that

it’s only been one day and this is already happening i’d probably have to be on it longer for them to say anything, idk i’m probably gonna call them tomorrow
