What vitamin supplements to take alongside B12 injections?
Hi all - I'm currently on monthly injections for PA but still feel tired every morning even after a good nights sleep; low energy days; trouble focusing etc - sure you'll all be familiar with the symptoms! I've had several further blood tests and vitamin D and iron deficiencies have been identified

Can anyone advise when is the best time to take magnesium? I currently take Ferrous Fumarate in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of orange juice. With breakfast I take 75 mg Sertraline plus Vitamin B complex and Vitamin D. At lunchtime I take Thyroxine as it has to be taken 4 hours apart

Oral Iron supplements, doing it wrong!
Well, I got my full blood test back and after some analysis, I think I messed up. I have been supplementing daily with 36 milligrams of ferrous bisglysinate. Here are my lab results that concern me. Ferritin was 72! This is my lowest since my infusion in 2016. Eight weeks after my infusion

Kindly requesting help again
unfortunately it now seems I have a diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis as well. I’ve been really unwell with severe pain. Still waiting for an NHS appointment. Paid to see a Private Rheumatologist and I’ve also had an ultrasound scan. With all that being said, because of all the different inflammatories

Changed from Dimethyl Fumarate to Vumerity on 8/12/22
I changed from
Dimethyl
Fumarate
to Vumerity. 1st day of Vumerity on 8/12. Just checking to see if anyone have done the change and how did everything go. My doctor explained everything is similar and I feel positive about the change just wanted to get everyone else. I am Positive for the JCV.

Next steps/where to get active b12 test?
Quick background: B12 deficiency (152) in 2017, negative IFAB, received 2x 3 monthly injections then taken off them. Investigating various symptoms now, recent bloods show drop in B12 from December 2022 (455) to now (206). Doctor saying I just need to take a multivitamin with B12 in, but I am not convinced

Am I going mad?
Hi! I've had so much helpful information from this forum and made copious notes over the last few weeks, I was determined I could get by without asking for help, but no. I'm so upset, after what I've decided is my last visit to the GP as I'm fed up of being fobbed off and coming out like a gibbering

T3 much better but feeling worse again!
I'm on a high dose of levo, 200mcg per day (I weigh 80kg right now), and just got test results back that show my T3 levels are much improved. However, of course, my TSH is now below range and my T4 way over. My ferritin, etc, is as bad as it's ever been, despite taking 210mg of ferrous fumarate each

Ferritin success, anyone wishing to try the same ... especially if vegan
After years with ferritin scraping along bottom of the range it has at last risen, to nearly double and I thought others might like to know to see if the same works for you too. There are two things I have done (after prescribed ferrous fumarate did not resolve the problem), 1) I regularly take

Still feeling off balance
Increased Levothyroxine to 75mcg about 4 weeks ago. Have been taking Thorne Basic B Complex, D3000+K2, Ferrous Fumarate 210mg and Vitamin B12 daily oral spray. My symptom of feeling off balance seems to have been worse these last 5 days. Feel as though I’ve had alcohol. Also, I can feel quite vague,
