Adrenal hormone supplements (hypothyroid) and what am I doing.
I’m currently dosing prengnenalone 40mg (20 twice a day) and
dhea
10mg (5mg twice a day). Do I go cold turkey and have a cortisol test or can I keep dosing the way I’m going? On top of this I also take a adrenal correct supplement (bovine) and I believe this was a massive help also.

Feeling worried and confused.
I took
DHEA
and ubquinol beforehand since end of Aug/Sept amongst lots of other supplements. My first round of ICSI ended in 2 eggs collected and neither fertilised. So I have poor quality and quantity. My OH has low sperm motility/morphology but it was only suggested ICSI.

Hello, I’m interesting in getting some
dhea
in 10 mg pills so that I can split them into 5mg or 5mg pills. I don’t know any supplier who ship to the U.K. so if someone could help I’d appreciate it

Needing some advice
I also took
DHEA
and COQ10. I had 4 eggs collected on Friday but 2 were immature so back to 2 again. 🙄🙄 But I got a phone call on Saturday just gone to say one had taken. I was so pleased as I did not get to this stage last time so I felt a step forward.

Next steps?
Would
DHEA
help? I’m unsure as to next steps. I take Procieve-Max, Q10 and Vitex.

Advice on DHEA and COQ10 ubiquinol
Hi everyone, I am in need of some advice on continuing with
DHEA
and COQ10 ubiquinol. I am due to start taking Norethisterone on Tuesday this week, with injections starting on the 18th. When is it best to stop taking
DHEA
and COQ10?

Really need some positivity right now.
I started taking
DHEA
in August 2019 alongside COQ10 Ubiquinol and also a LOT of other supplements. I had my first tracking scan today to which they discovered 3 follicles up to where they should be and another 3 that could potentially grow over the weekend of stimms.

Advice on DHEA in IVF with severe endo
I am having my 2nd and final NHS funded round of IVF in early 2020 and have seen that women have had good results with
DHEA
. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any reviews/advice on this with endo sufferers, particularly those with stage 4.

High Homocysteine Level / Folate & Phosphate Deficiency
All my hormones had fallen below the normal range
DHEA
/ Testosterone / Free Androgen Index, and upon investigation (MRI) they found a micro adenoma (Pituitary Tumor- benign). I also have primary Lymphedema in my legs, and my lymphatic system is sluggish in legs.

Symptoms of Low Testosterone in Females! List Attached!
I would recommend the following blood test screen: - Testosterone -
DHEA
-Free Androgen Index If your hormone levels are low and you are experiencing some of the attached symptoms. Depending where you are in terms of age / menopause... ask for further investigation.

Results are in - T3/T4. Does anyone know what the lower ranges for serum ACTH and DHEA are? My area uses 0 so I’m ‘normal’ apparently
The only thing is, the ranges for ACTH and
DHEA
start at zero, which I thought was weird. Also, I wouldn’t have tested my TSH, FT3 and FT4 yet as I’ve been slowly raising my T3 dose and got to 20 mcg a few weeks ago. What do you think? Any pearls of wisdom?

Adrenal cortisol & DHEA results
I recently did another saliva test to see if my cortisol/
DHEA
is affecting my insomnia. I feel so much better during the day, since starting Low dose Naltrexone (LDN), but would like to fix my chronic insomnia.
