Difference between Neo-Cytamen Hydroxocobalamin Chloride and Mercury pharma Hydroxocobalamin Acetate
Hello... Went to collect my B12 ampoules from chemist this afternoon and realised instead of being given my usual brand Neo-Cytamen they have given me the Mercury Pharma brand. The former contains hydroxocobalamin Chloride 1000 microgram/ml and the latter Hydroxocobalamin Acetate 1mg/ml. On the information

Getting closer to being well
I did much better on Synthroid brand but had severe hair loss and needed T3 ( I have a conversion issue) and even the synthetic
cytomel
T3 gave me severe acne which i think was the fillers. Armour definitely is the better one so far for me but it is inconsistent in my opinion with what you get.

New MD won't prescribe Cytomel (T3)
I had to switch doctors, and the only one I can go to completely took me off
Cytomel
and put me on Synthroid. Of course I feel exhausted, cranky and very off. My TSH and T4 are not even borderline, but he insists my body will adjust.

Increase of 25 LT for 4 weeks: overdosed now?
I also had similar levels (ft4 at 105%, ft3 at 78%) years ago when I experimented with
cytomel
, and I felt awful back then as well. Very depressed and really anxious. Only thing that has improved right now is my digestions - which is working well. And my stomach is not as bloated as usually.

Neo cytamen
My b12 injections were changed to cobalamin h 12 weeks ago but I have a reaction to them. My doctor tried to print a prescription for neo cytamen but his computer said he could no longer issue this on NHS. Does anyone know why? I live in Scotland.

Weird labs, Still feel utterly rubbish, please help:
My FT3 has always been in the crapper and
Cytomel
doesn't make me feel as alive as it did. Any thoughts if I'm on too much? Too little? I feel like a magnet and the walls are a magnet and I'm a magnet but I don't laugh anymore.

So grateful!
My general physician just gave me a small dose of
cytomel
. My general physician is not that informed about hypothyroidism. I'm thrilled he was willing to try the
cytomel
! I'm very excited to have improvement. I hope to learn from all of you as I continue on this journey.

"Tiromel is a weight loss drug....."
I'm new to T3 and after reading about
Cytomel
on here earlier I thought I'd google to see if it's the same as Tiromel and lo and behold I find out it's a weight loss drug!! How come I'm not losing any weight then?

Shortness of Breath/Severe brainfog
I tried doing the synthetic T4/T3 combo with 5mcg of
Cytomel
but got crazy anxiety and Shortness of breath. My doctor isn't worried about my adrenal glands not functioning properly so I'm just stuck. Won't do any tests because she my labs are fine but I feel the complete opposite.

Hoping to understand
Doc said she would give me
Cytomel
, but that it would make the hot flashes worse. I understand being "cold" with low T3, but to not understand the "hot" flashes (am way over menopause age). Just wondering if anybody else has both both and cold flashes with low T3.

I wanted to take
Cytomel
(T3), but not sure how to go about it. I have many of the symptoms that are usual with hypothyroid state. Any advise or comments would be great. I'm really grateful for the input of so many people who are concerned and take time to help others.

Feeling Confused
According to what I have read and those that I have talked to, shouldn't she have added the
Cytomel
to the levo?? Won't my T4 go back up since I'm only on T3 med?

Still severe fatigue
Before that I was using
Cytomel
and up to 12-15 mcg split in 3 doses it took me about 2 1/2 months to get up to that. This new dr said the sr t3 would be better for me then trying to dose the
Cytomel
. He has me on 10 mg of HC as well.

Lirothyronine
Or should I look at buying an alternative (I've read about
cytomel
?) It's really annoying that a private endo would prescribe something that is not possible to get hold of long term! Any feedback would be much appreciated!
