my husbands blood work did not come back good after being great for over 5 years on Imbruvica. Oncologist ordered a Pet Scan since he has never had one. Just CT scans. And more comprehensive blood work. To say I’m a mess is an understatement. We thought imbruvica was the answer to our prayers for it

New delivery system (works well in vivo): from Spain with love, new nanoparticles
there's a lot being studied for drugs delivery... "The research team analyzed the molecular structure of these materials and the dynamics behind the secretion process, both in vitro and in vivo. In an animal model of CXCR4+ colorectal cancer, the system showed high performance upon subcutaneous administration

Hi all I'm newbie. Anyone here have lung damage due to Amiodarone treatment?
Rather than going into too much detail I will keep it brief. Was prescribed Amiodarone for AFib and took it for a total of four months six days. After being on it for 3 months I started coughing mostly while asleep. Also started to get really bad pain in left lung lobe that was much worse if I lay on

Update: It has been a while!
I have missed you all. I do read your posts. I am feeling better and tolerating Abraxane! I am now on my fifth cycle. I have some tummy issues (trust me you don’t want to know the details lol!) but I am dealing with it. I do experience neuropathy pain in feet and fingers. If it gets worse we are thinking

Good morning Ladies, Does anyone have any information on pleural fluid in the lung? I’m currently on first line of RX for MBC in lung with faslodex. Scans are showing small pleural fluid and nodules, etc. I’m so scared! Any thoughts? Thanks, Susie

BFP last week but now ill with suspected COVID.
Tested positive after my FET but ever since I’ve been feeling poorly with covid symptoms. Persistent cough, fever, headaches etc. I’m worried that this will impact the pregnancy because it’s so early on - any advice? My viability scan isn’t until 22/12 and I feel like I’m going to be an absolute mess

Activating lipid nanoparticles can streamline the production of CAR T-cells for cancer immunotherapy
A bio- engineering breakthrough is reported here https://phys.org/news/2024-03-method-car-cells-lipid-nanoparticles.html and the article includes a link to the open access research paper. Sorry, that's all folks. This is a phone and I'm on holiday. Italy shouldn't be this wet. Ciao.
