Remeron and weight loss
I also have a
concussion
, so I have to limit my physical activity to some extent. But has anyone had success losing weight while on Remeron? I’d like to switch to another medication but the Remeron does help and I didn’t have luck handling other medications anyway.

Quite strange isn't it - Hospitalised three times in three years with
concussion
, then you report post
concussion
like symptoms and the GP's think anything other than
concussion
.

FND is a symptom not a cause
Some were caused by
concussion
, or after being sick with fever from a virus or a from a vascular issue, or from a systemic autoimmune disease. But most of us are still in the dark.

Hi Sleep Matters, looking for advice.
Hi had a head injury just over 2 years ago, diagnosed with post
concussion
syndrome and visual processing and light sensitivity issues. 6 weeks or so post accident I started experiencing, (as I recorded it at the time) sinking into a black hole, 'fantastical imagery', can't move my body.

My tinnitus and one sided deafness (caused by massive brain tumour) story.
At this point I was suspecting some sort of brain damage,
concussion
, some brain bleeding etc etc. heck I even fell from my bike while I was on holiday but not because of balance, but a mistake under braking.

Having trouble coming to psychological terms with a brain injury. How do you do it ?
I was in a car accident in 2003 where I was told I'd suffered just a
concussion
. I thought I'd gotten away with just some mild 'short term memory fails when multi attending' word finding problems and facial recognition problems.

GP doesn’t know what’s wrong with me
After some questions she told me that she doesn’t think it’s related to my
concussion
but i do definitely have some memory loss. Now i’m feeling scared more than anything. I couldn’t even remember what i did on saturday- i had to check my diary. Feeling lost and scared.

Week one failure
Well at 43 and recovering from a
concussion
. Very unfit. I decided to try this. I only managed one minute of running. I think I need to do the pre cough course. Each day I will do a little and hope to get to the point that I can do more. At the moment, I got off the couch , step one.

Battered and bruised 😫
A&E confirmed no broken bones or
concussion
though 🙂. Also, no medical people suggested I shouldn’t be running at my age 🤗. Will be on the couch a wee while though - sore all over!

Medico Legal Report?
It's nearly three years since I had my accident and I am still suffering with post
concussion
syndrome, the never ending exhaustion being the worst of it.

I'm back!
Then 2 weeks ago I feel over hitting my head on the fireplace (12 stitches and
concussion
). So running hasn't been happening. Until today, I'm back! Decided to use the app and did week 5 run 3 as this was my personal nemesis when doing C25k. It went great.

A big shout out for the legal ombudsman.
Up to this point I had not been assessed by the NHS so there was no reference to my condition other than that of head injury and
concussion
from the initial hospital report in my medical records.

Pulsating Stomach, Constipation
I was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia, neck arthritis years earlier, suffered a
concussion
in 2017. My next course of action before or after the specialist is an x-ray of my teeth. I wondering if I have a deep tooth infection...
