When a sample is haemolysed it means that the red blood cells in the sample burst, possibly because collection was prolonged or the sample was shaken vigorously or maybe too long between collection and testing. Although there is a result for Folate it is unreliable.
Your Ferritin sample may be a true measure but may be falsely elevated if there was inflammation or infection at the time the sample was taken, or if there is liver disease, and if there is any liklihood of anaemia then transferrin saturation should be tested.

What do you think is high?
You don't have a reliable result for Folate and your B12 is in range. B12 is recommended to be at the top of the range and 900-1000pg/ml is recommended by Sally Pacholok in the book "Could it be B12". Don't worry about your B12 level, any excess from supplementing is excreted. There is nothing to suggest you need to stop your B Complex but if you manage to get an accurate Folate result then post it for comment.
As your platelet count has been low before, what does your GP say about that?
Thank you I will continue with b complex I will ask for folate to be done again as I've had low folate in the past
I only know about my platelets being low because it says it on my results print out I will ask about this too ,the last time I had low platelet I had to get tested every month until it was in range .My doctor is not best that's why you should get a print out lol
