B complex with methylfolate

Hi does anyone use this b complex? ive been buying folate seperately im on b12 injections magnesium oil vit d3 k2 mk7 ran out of vit c although my diet consists of lots of fruits etc is there anything im missing with supplements want to make sure ive noticed hair started thinning again was growing few months ago Been on 100mcg Levo ready to add T3 now
