He is now on his fourth chemo (cab) which the doctor thinks is not working. He mentioned four options that he thinks

Sinus Rhythm with Various other Arrhythmias
Since having my first Afib episode in over a year after an ablation in March, 2022, I've had a very few additional Afib episodes. What's new is an almost daily spate of readings from my Kardia of: 'Sinus Rhythm with Supraventricular Ectopics", "Sinus Rhythm with Wide QRS", "Sinus Rhythm with Premature

One failed catheter ablation in Jan 2023, massive worsening of symptoms in July 2023 clearly indicating vagal nerve involvement. My very nice cardiologist (Professor) recommends another cath ablation or drug therapy which I know will not work, e.g. can't breathe well after betablocker and developed extreme

Follow up period of OVM-200 Clinical Trial
I had visit 8/10 yesterday which was 1/3 follow up visits with bloods taken and bone scan PSA, ALP and antibody testing per the protocol from the blood. I got PSA and ALP results today. PSA undetectable at less than 0.01 (different machine to normal) ALP in 'green' normal zone (below median) No antibody

Pre afib signs
Does anyone else have any pre afib symptoms? I usually get them an hour or so before it appears. My HR shoots up to over 100 for a second and I can feel it in my chest and my HR drops down to normal but I can sense something is going on but HR still around 55-60. Then may 30 to 60 minutes later it hits

Flecainide for chemical version
Persistent AF for over two years punctuated by NSR for 8mths after first cardioversion but only 2 weeks after second. Now on digoxin & sotalol which controls the rate well but limits activities. Clinic suggest trying Flecainide to see if it will chemically induce NSR. Any experiences with this approach

Stopping Flecainide
Had cryo ablation in 2014 and over the past couple years started getting occasional afib episodes esp after exertion. Cardiologist put me on flec, 50 mg bid, which reduced the episodes. Also was advised to use 100 mg as pip in event of breakthroughs.About a year ago the episodes increased and was told

Could you connect your beginning first AF episode?
When I was first diagnosed in the hospital emerg with atrial flutter/fibrillation my heart that day had instantly started being around 140 bpm (brought down with IV medication). I was referred to a cardiologist. I’m 67 years old and after months of heart tests and blood tests everything was normal,

Could I stop taking Rivaoxaban?
I’ve been on Flecainide, Bisoprolol and Rivaoxaban now for 5 years and have a pacemaker, my heart is in sinus rhythm at 60bpm. I understand that Rivaoxaban is to help prevent blood clots forming, but as my AF is now managed could I stop taking it? I get frequent gum bleeds despite excellent oral hygiene

AFib and Cardioversion
I have been in permanent Afib since May 23 and after adjusting to Bisoprolol have managed to maintain a reasonable lifestyle walking and running most days albeit a little slower at times. question for you ectopic sufferers.?
hi you lovely people. I have a question maybe someone can shed light on.?? Iv had ectopic beats on and off for about 30+ years. But somedays they are more powerful and noticeable than other days. and so for me they are not as mentally draining as other days especially when they’re weak. But when

Another antigoagulant question
Hello. A year ago I had painless thyroiditis which sent me into Afib and I remained in Afib constantly for 5 months for which I was on bisoprolol and an anticoagulant. I was then put on an anti arrhythmia meds at the time the thyroid cleared up and was soon back in NSR. That was last March. Since then
