Casodex and headaches
Been on casodex for two months and just added trelstar about a month ago. Starting to feel breast pain and getting hot flashes so I’m used to that from prior time. What I don’t remember is if I had these intermittent headaches that move around my head. Anyone have that as an issue? Thanks. Mike

My Intermittent Bicalutamide mono therapy
Following PSA recurrence in late 2014 I've been treated by bicalutamide 50 mg. In Sept 2020 we decided to give a break and stopped all medication (bicalutamide and tamoxifen). At that time my PSA was 0.02 and testosterone only 58. Note that tamoxifen is causing my T level to go down. Anyway, I am

What should I do next?
Hi to all. Reading your posts is both informative and entertaining with a touch of sadness. It really is a journey to be a member of this club ( which no one wants to join and which takes a heavy toll on our caregivers as well). Some of you are extremely generous with your time and knowledge and I admire

I have a couple posts going so I apologize. I just came off vacation from adt so I just started casodex and then recently added trelstar again. Pain in prostate bed nodule (post RP) felt thru rectum
When I met with RO in January to discuss SRT he did a quick digital check and didn't have any concerns. In early February had PSMA PET/CT with "intense uptake at left/posterior aspect of the bladder in the surgical bed", no other areas noted. In mid-february had physical with PCP who did digital exam

Mets in lymph nodes in Lower Abdomen now.
Hello Fellow Battlers of this hideous disease. My question is, What would be a good chemotherapy to start on? There are so many mentioned here it is confusing as my Oncologist has left it to me to choose something. PSA will be around 12? when i see him next week, was 8.6 four months ago. My short history

Treatment plan at Mayo after PSMA scan
Moving forward toward SRT at Mayo after PSMA found intense uptake in surgical bed at left/posterior aspect of bladder. Radiologist is ordering MRI and Lupron after 2 weeks of casodex and will drop casodex after 4 weeks continuing Lupron for 6 months. The ADT approach sounds a little weak to me. I was

After the BCR and the ADT vacation – All the tests results are in – it's curtain time - what comes next – what to do next ?
A quick background review … Started out as 'I can't pee ! - a TOTAL urinary blockage. Dateline March break- 2017. Spent 4 months in and out of emergency wards with out of control UTI's, a catheter for 4 months (which I was taking care of with NO CLUE as to how to manage it) and no urologist or
